I love subway but i will never order from here again! I placed an order for delivery through the app and doordash delivered (dasher was GREAT!). I took my sandwich out the bag and thats when things went downhill... I requested flatbread and they gave me regular bread, i asked for pepper jack cheese and instead got provolone, there wasn't any oil or vinegar as i had requested, and there was so much mayo and mustard on that sandwich that the paper had turned yellow. Since i was at work I called and spoke to the manager who flat out told me it wasn't his problem that i should be complaining to doordash( who only delivered the sandwich)! He further went on to tell me there was nothing he could do.. Seeing as most food places operate off customer satisfaction I was very displeased and shoched with how the manager handled this whole situation. If you want poor customer service, rude management, and poorly made sub sandwiches then this is your place but me on the other hand I don't care for it so subway had lost a customer. Youre better of getting a sub out of HarrisTeeter!!
Thank you subway for ruining my evening and my dinner that cost me nearly 20 bucks!

Worst customer service!!! My orders were both wrong and when I called to let them know they said they couldn't help me then hung up on me. I called back over and over because they kept seeing my number and kept hanging up on me. So I had to get in my car to go back and when I got there and asked for the owner's phone number they said they didn't have it. I just wanted to let them know to look at online orders more closely but instead this turned into a bigger ordeal. I eat there on a regular basis but I will not go back. They are very, very rude.

I went in the location this evening approximately 615. There were two young men working. I watch one young man fix a sandwich go to the cashier register ring it up leave the register put on new gloves without washing hands proceed to make two more sandwiches when I request to change gloves due to me having a food allergy he had me wait as he continued to make sandwiches for to other customers using the same gloves over and over I walked out this is the 2nd time I've had to ask this location to change gloves after preparing sandwiches before me as a person that's has over 25yrs experience in food services on many levels these workers need to be educated on the seriousness off food allergy, food sanitation and saftey

I got to the door at 8:55. This store closes at 9:30. The guy came to the door and said, I'm not serving you. Happy New Year and lock very poor customer service. I wonder what corporate would think about you. Closing the door 30 minutes early for a paying customer that's pregnant.

We got there tonight around 8:15 after leaving the hospital. First off, they tell us they cannot take our coupons at this location. Second, the two men working in there are awfully slow. It took about 10 minutes if not more to just complete a 6 inch sub (Not toasted). Then, we go to sit down, start opening our meal, eating, and are approached and told we cannot eat inside that the inside is closed. It’s only 8:30 at this point not to mention I have a toddler and it’s freezing outside. They should have told us that before we started ordering when they told us about the coupons. So here we are eating our cold subs out in the cold at night. Not to mention if the inside is closed have that crap posted because it definitely was not posted anywhere. Do better subway and hire new staff!

Does not provide bathroom for paying customers. Says only sales are for take out only while full dining room of chairs and tables. no signs posted. Curious if the employees are washing hands!!??

This place is horrible. I had the worst experience in there starting with the long line because they were all 3 hung up on making 2 basic subs. Ending with the fact they charged me for the most expensive sub after telling them I didn’t order that twice. I will not be coming back here every.

Let me start by saying, " Believe ALL the BAD reviews!" I don't visit this particular location often. When I do, I feel as if I'm being an inconvenience to the workers ( older male and female). I did a online order for two subs. When I walked in, the store was dead. The older gentleman seen me come in but never greeted me. I proceeded to walk up to him and gave him my name for the order. Once he found it, he just rudely pushed it across the counter. I thanked him and left. Both subs were made incorrectly. To remain peaceful, I didn't go back to complain. Bad days are understandable but to consistently act in this manner is unacceptable. I'm pretty sure if enough customers got fed up and stopped spending their hard earned money with them, things would change.

I just left from this establishment and will never return. We walked in and was not greeted or anything. She looked at us and kept going on. We were the only ones in the restaraunt at the time. I placed my order anyway because I didn’t have long to get to work. My partner ordered and when we were done she didn’t ask if we wanted anything else a drink or anything. As if she was a mute or something. She was at that point rushing me and I was getting aggravated. I started to give her a piece of my mind but my partner said to smile and go ahead. He’s not confrontational but I am. It was funny that she could talk when it was time to pay but not anything else.
