Earlier today, my mom placed an order for grocery delivery between 5pm-6pm. Nothing bad happened until those hours specifically. At around 6pm we noticed our order hadn't been delivered yet. We waited a bit longer before calling about it, but still nothing. We eventually decided to call the store, no answer. We call customer service. They get in contact with the store and said that our order was on the way. 20 minutes later and I get a notification saying that my order was delivered at 5:04pm and had a vague picture of our driveway. There was nothing outside. And considering we had been on the phone for half an hour AFTER 6pm. Someone lied. My mom tried to call customer service again, the put her on hold while they tried to get in contact with a manager at the store. My mom was on hold for over half an hour before she gave up and hung up

I would strongly recommend that no one go to the optical center here. There was a huge eye-glass sale. One could get 2 glasses for the price of one. I got my eye-glasses made here and got my 2 glasses. The lady at the time was a blonde twit who was new on the job and seemed to be still in training. I did not mind her being in training as long as she got the proper supervision when making the glasses. This blonde lady is something. She is concerned about her looks and looking good, but cannot make eye-glasses correctly. I felt like she was judging me because of my hair loss issue. When I got my eye-glasses, they were fine and I wore them for 2 years. When I went to my eye-doctor after 2 years, it turns out that the lady had made my eye-glasses wrong. Either the prescription was not written properly or the blonde twit made a huge mistake. I really think the blonde twit made a huge mistake. The blonde twit is good looking and looking good is important, but doing ones job properly and giving good service is just as important and this woman cannot do that.

Called to see if they were still taking cake orders for a Sunday afternoon pick-up, which I was told they were. I get there to place my order and was told that they could not do the order. They apparently have to have a 2 week notice to do cakes...but when I called on the phone 20 minutes before I showed up, they said they could take the order. This place is awful, their employees are LAZY. I had to ask for help after standing there for 5 minutes waiting for the bakery employees to finish talking to one another. When I asked for help they seemed irritated that I interrupted them, which is probably why they said they could not do my order. I will make sure I tell who ever will listen to me to NOT SHOP AT WALMART!

I came to this Walmart a few days ago to return a few items. I was asked to furnish a receipt. I told the customer service that I did have it but I must have dropped on my way into the store. She asked for my DL. Took my DL and a brand new unopened can of paint to the back. She came back and told me that we cannot take this back, it's damaged. I said, I never opened it and I bought exactly as it is. when i questioned who the manager was, she cancelled the return totaling 4 items. Then preceded to tell me that I cannot return anything for a year since she is returning each item individually. This is the only time I returned something without a receipt. I will never shop here again!!!

If I could give less than one star, I would certainly do so. My husband and I came in and purchased a large hot wheels car set for our son, a large laundry detergent container, a few 6 pack of Mountain Dew as well as Sunkist. We chose self check out and items a few items were small enough to fit in a bag. We paid for our items and the screen display stated that it was printing our receipt, after waiting about two minutes for a printed receipt the screen displayed "system down." The representative that stood there and watched us ring everything up stated she would go to the customer service desk and have the manager print our receipt. She came back and stated that if we did not need a receipt we were fine to go ahead as she watched us ring everything up. We began to walk out and were stopped by a very rude and arrogant rep named Geraldine Daniels who I would assume was supposed to be checking receipts at the door but instead was sitting on her rear end several feet away. She refused to to allow us to leave even after the other rep explained the situation. Geraldine stated that unless we had a receipt we would not be allowed to walk out with the things we paid for. She continued to make snide remarks. After 15 minutes of waiting for a receipt, we were informed that the customer service manager was unable to print it. Geraldine continued to want to give us a hard time. After which we just walked out after saying a few choice words. This Walmart is the most unprofessional and dirty Walmart I have ever seen

This has happened at least 5 times, double charging for an item. Their checkout registers do not show items on the screen like a normal grocery store does so you would not see this until you get your receipt. I do check the receipt before I leave the store and have always gotten a refund for the overcharge but for anyone who does not check the store gets away with it. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR RECEIPT.

Attttttention.................... this Walmart has a few items that i need but it is terri..ble. costumer service is the worst teach your workers how to deal with the public. smacking gum and popping your lips when you speak, is down right ridiculous... the worst...Nashville Walmart on the money!!!!
