Went thru the drive thru and NOBODY was in line. It took forever for the employee to greet me… I then clearly stated my order just for her to get the drink wrong at the window and huff and puff about it. They made me pull up for nuggets and the lady went out the other door and took my food back in. Even with me pulling up, the nuggets was still dry and hard.

Maybe get an employee who doesn't have a hearing problem to run the drive thru. Also maybe get one who isn't disrespectful and will try to help me figure out why they can't find the doordash order I'm there to pick up, instead of shoving me away "pull forward, we don't have that order" excuse me useless lady with the hearing issue but I'm trying to pay bills here and can't afford to just leave because you're lazy and incapable of figuring out what's going on

I keep giving them chances, why? The last three times my order has been messed up. Whole items missing, wrong burgers, counts of fries off. I don’t get it! Makes me not ever want Wendy’s again, just sad.

It's a lawless place. Always slow, Frosty machine never works (or is just missing a flavor), and I've seen the employees get in fights with customers.

This by far the worst fast food chain I have ever went to. Stood at the counter for over 5 minutes with no one to take orders. 8 people behind me, 3 including me, walked out. Then went through the drive through. They arr so concerned with drive through times that they took my bank card and told me to pull forward. I got my food without my card. Had to return out with my card. Then I get home and my receipt is the wrong one too!!! Now I am out my money and my card is probably compromised. Now I have no bank card as I have no clue what they did with it for 15 mins they held on to it. And due to getting the wrong receipt I have the incorrect information for reimbursement. I will never return to this store. I am almost tempted to contact the store owner and find out why they held my card hostage and can't perform their jobs correctly to run a business. The fries looked terrible and everyone was hard focused on drive through only!!! Terrible management.
