Worst experience ever and food was not worth the price. After having to wait 20 minutes for a table not once did the owner acknowledge me . He did speak to other patrons as he walked around or as they left. Waitress was best part about the visit. I ordered a Cheesesteak with extra mayo.and Fries my fries were luke warm and Cheesesteak was like Steak Umm meat and no mayo the roll seemed to be a hot dog roll.

Service here is delivered with a touch of that family feeling. The food is always great. I suggest the pizza burger or jalapeño ranch burger. They are helpful if you have a food allergy. Tuesday nights they have trivia!
The pizza burger is amazing
Dietary restrictions: They have some knowledge about gluten avoidance, but as in all cases, ultimately that's the responsibility of the person eating. Ie: don't eat a crouton assuming they knew it contained wheat.

Super disappointed to wait 30+ mins with barely any acknowledgement. I went for the first time today after hearing great community reviews. Hostesses were lovely and told me to sit at a high top or low top wherever I felt most comfortable. I sat at a high top right in front of them and was passed by many, many times by servers who didn't acknowledge me. Over 15 mins to get a glass of sweet tea and not one person stopped to take my order or reassure me that a server was coming. I worked in the service industry in just about every capacity and was always taught to cover for my fellow servers and greet guests in a timely manner. The food looked and smelled delicious, but after watching numerous groups who entered after me being greeted and receiving their food while I was not acknowledged except a drink order I decided to find better service elsewhere and be waited on in a timely fashion. Overall a really disappointing experience and an awful first impression. I understand rushes, however my opinion is someone should have acknowledged my presence other than bringing a menu and silverware. I really wish I could say I was the only one with issues but I also overheard people at the table below me complaining they had to leave to attend a meeting and needed their order to go because of extended wait times. Had anyone acknowledged my wait time or checked in I would have been fine. But it seemed like bare minimum acknowledgement and I'm not sure if this is because single patrons tend to be less revenue or what the issue was.

BLFGT (BLT w/fried green tomatoes and spicy mayo) was terrific, as were the fried okra and French fries. Good beers, good fountain soda (underrated), warm and attentive service, and they set us up to watch the game we came to see. Companions’ food was less stellar but still more than acceptable. Glad we ended up there.

My negative review is because they charge you 4% to pay with a credit card. That is your cost of doing business not mine. Food was great, but adding an extra $4 is a rip off

Super accommodating, quick service and very friendly staff. We were seated outside immediately when we got there even with a large party of 8 and they seemed pretty busy. We LOVED the fried green tomatoes (we are traveling and I’m currently obsessed and want them to come up to Philly please!). My bother in law enjoyed his burgers and OMG, the sweet potato fries with caramel sauce - get them and thank me later. We stopped here on the way to Myrtle beach and literally are planning our trip next year and hoping to stop over in Rocky Mount just to stop here again

My fiancé has been coming to trivia night for a while and so the last trivia ( before the 4th of July) was my first trivia night. Well our group comes there to have a good time. But the team that has won, have been report multiple times in the past for blatantly cheating ( last time they went from dead last to having a almost perfect scoring game at the end). And tonight, we were told by west ridge staff that, they were reported 3 times. ( only for there to be a warning given to everyone, after the third time of being reported. That you will be disqualified if caught by staff). The announcer seems to encourage, this by cheering the team on ( after knowing they are blatantly cheating). I was having a great time, and enjoying the food, and service is always amazing. But we looked forward to trivia night, it allowed some of us to hangout outside of work. Joke, laugh, and have fun. Just wish that the rule about honor system would actually be applied to everyone. I don’t mean to sound like a Karen/ Ken. But it ruins it for a lot of people there that are actually using their wits and not cheating. But overall everything else is amazing.
Kid-friendliness: Lots of families come out. Very family friendly.
