It was 45 min til closing and we came in to order we hadn't been standing for more than 10 min trying to decide our order and we heard nothing but smart remarks from the woman in the kitchen being rude and snarky and it just made my entire visit go south I am a manager at a fast food establishment this is not how guests should feel from any member of our staff

Good luck going through the drive thru. If there is one car in front of you prepare to wait ten minutes. Very slow service. The diet coke has not been working correctly for over one year.

This has turned into the worst Hardee’s within an hour. I live near and used to love it, now their tea taste like dirt, their stupid heart biscuits are only half a biscuit then one out of the two I got had been half soaked in liquid. Stay away from this place. I’ve given them months to get better but I’ve had it. If I could give negative stars I would. There’s no telling what the preparation area or the inside of the tea container looks like. I’m afraid of what they’re feeding people, it’s clear they do not care about their customers.

We are from oak island and we stopped at the Hardees in Rocky Point. We had the best service or food was perfect and the store was clean. This is one of the best Hardees we have ever been in. We will be coming back

Hardee's strives for consistency and quality, but my recent experience fell far short of expectations. The food was disappointingly bland and lacked freshness, leaving much to be desired. Additionally, the service was slow and the workers seemed disinterested in providing a positive dining experience. Overall, Some of the employees are so foul mouthed and so rude (besides 1 person, she was very sweet) and the place was absolutely disgusting. I was left feeling unsatisfied and unlikely to return in the future.
