I have to say this was a very pleasant stop on the way back from Wilmington. The service was prompt, the food well prepared with an appearance that matched the photos, and the restaurant was clean. I especially thought there were nice touches to the interior decor. The lights were modern and clean, there were real wood benches with comfortable upholstery, and wood designs on the walls that pulled everything together. It wasn’t the exact image of all other McDonalds, and I appreciated that. I thought their “Outstanding Restaurant” certificate proudly displayed behind the counter was well deserved. Great Job!

The service and atmosphere at McDonald’s were fine, but the food didn’t live up to expectations. It didn’t look as good as it does in the pictures, and the taste was quite disappointing. While the staff was friendly and the environment was decent, the quality of the food was not what I had hoped for.

Ya’ll should really reconsider who is managing your business. I’ve never been refused a refund and just ignored. The gentleman working the first window and the young lady running the second window were AMAZING and working really hard. This lady however was more concerned with mopping and ignoring me than helping her team with a rush. The workers deserve a raise and management should be looked into.
This is the fourth time in less than 2wks I have gotten breakfast lunch or dinner and have food not be in the bag or giving order and not have it on receipt...this an often occurrence at your store we spend alot of money in your restaurant we should be able to have order taken properly and our food be in the bag...by the time we get home with food and have to comeback because of your mistake the food is cold and tastes bad having to re heat food we should be eating fresh do better

The service is always nice but I get iced coffee a lot and it's never the same. It taste burnt, not enough sugar, exc. This morning rhe coffee I got was so awful. This is not a one time thing. It's all the time. Just make sure you do the taste test before you leave.

It's gonna take you a while to get your food, especially when you've already ordered and you're the 4th car pulled around the building waiting on your food, hoping it's even right. This has happened quite a few times now.
