The food was fresh & hot. Thats not the complaint. The complaint is hearing a team member say. ( send it out we can fix it if they return it) also my order was wrong too I cant have eggs so ordered steak egg and cheese ×2 no egg got on i 40 guess what eggs .

Orders often wrong (such as last night, when my ketchup only McDoubles has dozens of chopped onions between each layer). Ice cream machine broken frequently. Some staff members are nice but others are rude.

white manager with piercings in her face is very rude. i paid for fires and she tried telling me multiple times i did not order them then went and looked at the the screen and seen i did in fact order them and then never said thank you. then stuck her tongue out when she handed me m6 food. honestly almost all the employees at this mcdonald’s SUCK !!!

The service here every time I come here is absolutely terrible. I was told this morning that I couldn’t order something because there are no substitutions, however, I’ve been ordering the same thing there daily for a year now I am furious. If I’m paying for an up charge then how do you tell somebody they can’t have it? I wish I could talk to the owner because this is absolutely ridiculous with the amount of money that I spend there!

the dining area is filthy at rhis location. entering we are greeted with a smell like an old dumpster in the sun. just gross, not the regular expected McDonald's experience. we had to collect napkins, get eater from restroom because hand sanitizer was empty, and wash a booth down.

that was the worst breakfast sandwich I have had from any McDonald's in my life, biscuit undercooked and mush, 1 strip of bacon, and it was cold, they're not even trying at this point

I used my mobile app to order a Carmel sundae! The screen said in progress! Two people asked me wat I was waiting for gave them my pickup number on my app. He said did you order on the app 🤦🏾♀️ yes then mgr asked the same thing. Finally they find it and I got more Carmel than ice cream but after waiting ten minutes for a simple sundae I just left
While my food was being prepared I took my son to use the restroom, only to discover that there was absolutely no soap in either dispenser in the men’s room (disgusting)
I went to the front desk to inform the manager, spotted her and asked if she was the manager, and she did not reply. I asked twice still no answer from her other than a blank stare. Another customer waiting for their food informed me that she was, indeed, the manager. In this time, an employee had just returned from the restroom (presumably from the previously occupied stall.)
When I told the manager that there was no soap in the men’s room her response was “okay well what do you want”
I’m gonna go ahead and report this to the health department. Avoid this place, they do not wash their hands before touching your food.

Food was fine but they make you pull forward into a spot even if there’s no one behind you. Not sure why they do it but it wasn’t necessary.

All I got was a vanilla ice cream cone and it was great although I did have to stand there a minute before someone waited on me. The establishment had one of those computers where you place your order and I think the girl thought I was going to use that for an ice cream cone
