All I got was a vanilla ice cream cone and it was great although I did have to stand there a minute before someone waited on me. The establishment had one of those computers where you place your order and I think the girl thought I was going to use that for an ice cream cone

30 minutes to get two fish sandwiches. And only then because I stopped them from giving my order to another customer. Seemed no one was trained properly

They got rid of their self service soda fountain that included a section for condiments and other consumables forcing you to wait for someone to arrive at the front counter, which rarely happens because they expect you to use the self checkout kiosks. If you want ketchup, you will only get grape jelly because that’s all they put in the container labeled KETCHUP (see pic) at the front counter, so there is no reason why it’s not stocked correctly! It takes forever to get anything once ordered, so be prepared for a good long wait.

I have to say this was a very pleasant stop on the way back from Wilmington. The service was prompt, the food well prepared with an appearance that matched the photos, and the restaurant was clean. I especially thought there were nice touches to the interior decor. The lights were modern and clean, there were real wood benches with comfortable upholstery, and wood designs on the walls that pulled everything together. It wasn’t the exact image of all other McDonalds, and I appreciated that. I thought their “Outstanding Restaurant” certificate proudly displayed behind the counter was well deserved. Great Job!

The service and atmosphere at McDonald’s were fine, but the food didn’t live up to expectations. It didn’t look as good as it does in the pictures, and the taste was quite disappointing. While the staff was friendly and the environment was decent, the quality of the food was not what I had hoped for.
