Worst McDonalds I have ever been to!I normally go to the one in in Wilmington but was out in rocky point so… first I had to repeat my order 3 times then get to the windows to pay and it was still wrong they fix it ok great go to the next window and the girl goes to hand me the drink carrier well I asked if she could double it bc the last time I ended up with drinks in my lap she said sure then slammed the window and handed my drinks then she slams the window again with an attitude and opens the window and shoves the bag out the window into my hand ok rude much then I pulled up and checked my bag and guess what my order was wrong and missing items so I go in to get the rest of my order and waited another 10.mins just to get what I was missing I have been to this store twice now and both times I was treated like a bother I my self working the food business and understand how hard it can be but I was super nice the whole time and just being treated like that is well just rude will not go back to this location o and not to mention they just dumped my fries in the bottom of the bag and my burgers were all unwrapped and smashed

Ordered off the mobile app and when I get there no order was put on their end but took the money out of my account so they weren't going to make it tried stealing my money. Once I asked for corporates number they made it. Wouldn't recommend at all. And the manager that does night shift once cussed my wife out. Will be calling general manager tomorrow

Since the new renovations this Mc Donald's gives a very depressing vibe. The new walls close off kitchen view and all the employees stay behind the wall no one out front to assist customers. Self serve stations both drinks and untinsels have been removed with the remodel and employees have an attitude when asked for items.

Went through the drive-thru and noticed that they were sending us straight to the waiting area even though there was no one in line. It was all to keep their window times down which caused confusion and my order was given to someone else. I had to wait another five to ten minutes to get my order. I will not recommend nor go to this McDonald's again. Food was warm since they had to remake it, but the onions were not even chopped up.

I got my Donald's for me and my kids every one of them complained the fries where cold and old the chicken nugget's tasted like plastic and fish burgers where slathered with ketchup and onions genuinely disappointed. Give me a refund.

Stopped by the drive through today around 1:50pm and ordered a double cheese burger with extra pickles- the nice girl who took my order entered it right however whomever made my burger had some trouble ? the inside of my wrapper was covered in extra ketchup all over the outside of the bun and definitely way too much on the inside and not a single pickle to be found- very disappointing and it's almost as if the person who made it may have done this on purpose. Not given my receipt so I can't even contact anyone about what happened via a survey.

Was not impressed with my breakfast. The chicken was hard and whoever made it had it so crooked you could barely hold it right. The sweet tea tasted and looked watered down, which is usually not the case. The hash brown was good and fresh at least. The employees I dealt with were very nice and quick.
