i drove here after getting off work late at night around 11, when i drove to the drive threw because it was the only thing open to people, the lady asked me “how may i help you” me being the biggie i am i ordered some chili cheese fries. the lady then said “hold on” and then i held on and the lady proceeded to say “our technology is down i can’t serve you” so i was sitting in my car in shock thinking about how the technology could be down knowing she was talking to me threw the technology and so i sat there thinking why are they serving this car that’s in front of me but not me, is it because i wanted chili cheese fries and they didn’t wanna whip some up for me, or was it because they just didn’t wanna serve me in general, i had two of my babies with me who were also very hungry wanting some baconators because thursday’s is our eat whatever we want for dinner nights, i will say i am very disappointed and will probably make the extra 30 minute drive to wallace next time i want me some chili cheese fries. thank you for listening, lola williams out.

Walked in this location (8-17-25 approximately 7:30 pm) and we were totally ignored. Only 2 other customers in the restaurant. No cashier at the register. Three employees made eye contact but absolutely no acknowledgement at all. We stood there for several minutes thinking we were invisible. This place needs some customer service training ASAP. Customers are priority! No customers no business !
Worst location that I have ever visited. We decided to leave without ordering.

I visited on 7/25/2025. I sat at the drive thru for about 20 minutes with 5 cars behind me. Couldn’t even order. No one said anything. Pulled up to the window, no one was there. Had to leave and called the store. I asked, “Do you know you have a line of cars trying to order? Is the drive thru closed?” The lady who answered the phone began to raise her voice at me saying she just had an employee walk out aka quit and they only had two people working. She then hung up on me. I’m sorry she’s having a bad day but you don’t treat customers like this. I wasn’t trying to be rude to her. I was legit asking if the drive thru was closed.This location should really be investigated. Another time I visited a poor boy told me he was the only one working and was having to take the orders and cook the food himself. Would not recommend eating here.

I rarely leave low ratings, but my experiences at this location over the years have consistently featured lacking customer service, both inside and via the drive-through. Staff often seem less than thrilled to take orders or assist, making me wonder if it's a particularly difficult store for employees to maintain an outwardly agreeable attitude.

This is not fast-food it's pull up and wait food- this location has been going down hill like Jack and Jill for quite some time. I rarely go here anymore because the service is terrible here

Well, if Summer's attitude is the reason for the three-star rating in here, I understand it. Ask question about the menu. Got this. This odd look and they said don't know and that was it. No further explanation no. I'll ask anybody. No, nothing. The lids and everything on the front end look like it was running out. It's not that busy in here. I'm counting 10 people from where I'm sitting and that's it. Yeah I marked this one off my list.

This place has a low health score. The food is subpar. There’s not ever many people working. And they don’t care about the food they serve people. It’s old and tastes funky.
