I absolutely love the baconator. It never gets old to me and it is just so good I love burgers anyway that's like one of my favorite foods and Wendy's hits the mark

food was cold order was wrong manager by the name of John very unattended didn't accept ownership for running a poor shift and poor quality of food so upset with them don't even wanna refund. I'd rather pay for the food and throw it in their face.

I was confusing the guy with dreads in the drive thru so they pulled me to the window to take my order. The Manager was very kind and she helped out. Then they cooked my food to perfection!! Best Wendy’s experience ever!! The guy with dreads was very cool as he was a new hire.

I'm only giving 5 stars for John that works here. Unfortunately he was left to run the whole store by himself. He was very kind and attentive even though he was put in this situation. It really doesn't matter what I ordered but it was cooked to perfection. Thank you John for having a great attitude and doing your job very well. Whomever the owners, general managers, and regular managers are please do better and maybe give John a raise. He definitely deserves it.

Ordered 3 biggie bags and an extra sweet tea. Plus bar- b- que sauce. What we got was only 2 biggie bags, honey mustard sauce and the drinks. We were on our way to Scouts we could not get off the interstate and go back and still make it to Scouts in Wilmington.

Management very rude, always looks angry and seems like she does not want to be there. There is one there that is also rude and disrespectful to customers. There is one employee there that I have dealt with, she is very kind and respectful, I have gotten to the point where I just do not want to go there any more because of the two that I have dealt with that was very rude and disrespectful.
Don’t order from here unless you’re actually at the store and can verify what they give you. If you have any food delivered it will be wrong…every time!

i drove here after getting off work late at night around 11, when i drove to the drive threw because it was the only thing open to people, the lady asked me “how may i help you” me being the biggie i am i ordered some chili cheese fries. the lady then said “hold on” and then i held on and the lady proceeded to say “our technology is down i can’t serve you” so i was sitting in my car in shock thinking about how the technology could be down knowing she was talking to me threw the technology and so i sat there thinking why are they serving this car that’s in front of me but not me, is it because i wanted chili cheese fries and they didn’t wanna whip some up for me, or was it because they just didn’t wanna serve me in general, i had two of my babies with me who were also very hungry wanting some baconators because thursday’s is our eat whatever we want for dinner nights, i will say i am very disappointed and will probably make the extra 30 minute drive to wallace next time i want me some chili cheese fries. thank you for listening, lola williams out.
