Ordered on the mobile app this morning showed up to find out the location had no biscuits. The employees at the drive-through window said there was nothing they can do. They can’t cancel the order or refund us. We have to call corporate. The reason we ordered on the mobile app is because we were in a hurry. The management at this location needs to learn how to update their mobile app so their customers don’t order food they don’t have on the mobile app previous to getting their and them not being able to refund or assist in any way.

Did a job outside of town so had lunch multiple times here and they did a great job and had a friendly,warm attitude and I love my small chocolate frosty with oatmeal bar !!

Before he could order, Hubby had to wait several minutes for the cashier to try to count the drawer,( with manager watching)then she eventually had to go get a calculator. Other people were lined up waiting to order as well. Several got tired of waiting and walked out. Looked like maybe only 3 employees ( including the cashier & manager) on shift. It was around 1pm. After about 20-25 mins we finally got our 3 small Frosties.
I understand there could've been many reasons for this to happen, like new employee training, or short staffed, or whatever. But it was a shame that they lost several customers business over this. ?

Many opened fighting and the police and instead of serving us they went to see what was happening. I asked for large potatoes and they gave me an almost empty grain box. It's really not a good place to eat.

Went to dine in this past Friday night close to 7pm, service was extremely slow. It wasn’t overly busy. We heard the manager repeatedly use very foul language loudly to employees and then we also heard an employee get into an agreement with a drive thru customer. Very unprofessional and we saw several customers leave because of the service and atmosphere.

I'm including a picture of their "large" fries. I got home to find a partially filled box. What a ripoff! The double baconator didn't have bacon! Another ripoff!
