Staff there not so friendly. Very slow service and the bread for my sub was like eating week old stale bread. Worst subway I’ve ever eaten at.

Bought a dipper and two large teas. Was not enough tea for two. Half the sodas listed on fountain were empty. Staff seemed bothered by having to come to front after bell was pushed for service. We all have bad days, I work in customer service and you have to leave it outside door. Food was good though

I ordered my food online for the footlong buy one get one deal and accidentally put in the wrong location. When I got here I saw the sanitation score was an 88 (B) which is honestly disgusting. Customer service was bad. I have worked food service since I first started working and never saw a sanitation score that low at any of my restaurants so I can only imagine what’s going on back there in that kitchen. I had already bought the food so I was like screw it I’ll eat it anyway but here we are my stomach is cramping and I’m nauseous. I can’t believe they keep places open for anything lower than a 90. It really can’t be that hard to keep a kitchen clean.. maybe if they hired better employees and it could be a solid location.

There’s no use for this store to be in Scotchman. Went to this store twice last week and all they had to offer was wheat bread. Instead of the courtesy of a phone call I arrive and a very unkempt looking lady, pretty much told me to take it or leave it, certainly I left. Two days later, I had no choice but to go back, Wallace was offline. Ordered a tuna sub at this point I get to the store and no one knew I placed an online order. This older lady seemed to not be able to see, the receipt dragged along in the vegetables. My dear God that was the wateriest bland tuna I ever did taste. I want my money back or a replacement from Wallace store

I have tried to go twice in the last two weeks. The first time, things were getting fixed. Fine, today, a week and a half later, the toaster was not working. I'm good without toasting. I ordered The Beast, which has every meat on it. I was told they didn't have roast beef. I said fine just put extra ham on it. She says that will cost you extra. I said so you are out of one meat and you are going to charge me extra for a replacement meat? Her response, I'm new let me find out. They weren't going to. Good. I then asked for Marinara on my sandwich and they did not have the meatballs prepped yet, which has the Marinara sauce in it. By the way, it is 11:45 at this point, so they have had all day to get these prepped. At that point I said forget it and went to Village Subs down the road. They had everything I wanted for close to the same price and the meats are cut in front of you. Should have done that in the beginning. Also, none of this was the new girls fault. This should all be blamed on management.

It's inside of a gas station, but don't let that fool you. I stop at this place at least once a week, I drive a lot for work.Everytime I'm met with a professional attitude, and an attentive customer service experience.My sandwiches are always made to order, I don't like ordering from apps. The food is always good, and the staff builds my sub with care.

The staff is absolutely amazing. The work so much faster than anywhere else and the quality is great too. And I always go in and get 6 footloose when I go so I definitely know what I am talking about when it comes to speed and quality.

Worst subway ever
I've gone in everyday for 3weeks and they NEVER have meatballs!I asked the lil dude, " Are ya'll discontinuing the meatballs? HIM: No. I didn't want to mess with them."Really?
The worst Subway I have ever been to. Order always takes forever for someone to make and the employees are very unprofessional. They are always sitting around, or act like they do not care about the job. Horrible service, it needs to be shut down.
Every single time I go in there, which is just about everyday they do not have meatballs they will let me stand there in line for 10 plus minutes just to tell me they don't have any meatballs. Either they need to learn to cook some. Or put out a flyer stating they are out. Instead of wasting my time.
A lot more poor service than used to be. Partly warm partly not heated as should have been. Bread not cut in middle does not fold over well causing contents to fall out of bread.
