I have placed three online orders at this location in the past month and I have always received excellent service . I even messed up my order and placed it by mistake online ordering to wrong dominos and staff very well understanding and redid the order for me at no charge. So far this is best pizza place in roxboro I have found no complaints and friendly staff. Thank you.
Called when I got home and realized I had the wrong pizza. Spoke to Jimmy who gave me the option to come back in and pick up the correct pizza or to just come another time if I didn’t feel like coming back out. I did end up going back to get the pizza because he was so kind and offering me options as well as provided me with a sweet snack for the inconvenience of it all. Jimmy had excellent customer service and took care of me and I would always go back and my pizza was delicious...
Lately my experience has been good. Tonight my order was wrong and I was told I had two options to get a credit or to drive back to town and have them remake my order. Seems like they need to do more checking of orders instead of just hanging out talking with each other and drawing on the chalkboard.
