Jersey Mike's Subs offers a variety of tasty subs, but ordering online is recommended due to difficulties reaching them by phone. One customer received a plain steak and cheese instead of the ordered toppings, leading to disappointment. Another customer's online order was incorrect, but the apologetic staff failed to offer compensation for the inconvenience. Despite these mishaps, the welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff, and delicious #8 sub with Chipotle chicken, Swiss and provolone cheeses, grilled veggies, and seasonings left a lasting impression on a satisfied customer who highly recommends trying it. The exceptional service from the staff, particularly the skilled "grill guy," was praised for their attention to detail and flavorful subs.
