KFC has really been a favorite of mine for years, especially the one in Roxboro. Wife got me a 4 piece (1 leg/3 thighs, mashed taters and gravy, 1 tea) and needless to say it was the worst one ever. $13 and it was cold,
overcooked and must have been about a 6 months old chicken! Check out the size. And this was around supper time. Good luck in the future KFC!

Grease needed to be replaced .. a tad bit scorched.
Nothing to do with wonderful staff .. but the bathrooms are weird .. about fall down to sit on commode and the doors are VERY short on the stalls. Had a peekaboo little kid, lol, that just had to bend over to see right in.

The food is good, and they take care of their chicken rotation. I would work on customer service because it is definitely lacking in that place.

KFC offers tasty, hot food, but service can be slow due to staffing issues. The interior can be messy, and staff are courteous but not particularly friendly. Drive-thru wait times can be long, and soft drinks have been criticized for their quality. Despite these issues, some still find it a decent modern dining experience.
