Took 5 minutes for someone to come to the counter to take our order. Even though several employees walked by the counter, they completely ignored us. Took 10 minutes to get our food after ordering. Employees in cooking area were not using gloves, employees' dreds were dragging over cooked chicken. Bathroom was absolutely filthy.I will never come back here again.
Get some help! New manager! Or tear it down! 30 minutes to get our food! Roxboro doesn't deserve to be treated like this. 7 people walked out while we waited! 3 were families! This has been like this for a long time! Please fix this!

Worst service ever. Manager needs to be fired and the entire staff retrained. Took 46 minutes from the time I ordered until I got my food. Then it was cold. They were out of forks, spoons, Splenda, and kfc sauce. Management didn’t care at all when I asked for something she just laughed and then went to the office to sit down.
