This place is rather new to Roxboro, NC and is fast becoming the town favorite. Having dined there on several occasions I can attest to the quality of food, the variety of menu options, service and atmosphere. There is no place I'd rather go for Mexican food! Now that the hubs lives here, he was on the hunt for a new favorite Mexican restaurant and so far, El Ranchero is it. It's a simple.dining layout I side and fairly open with mostly tables and both along the outside walls. The food we've had has been really good. Have a lunch menu 7 days a week. So many choices and so very good. The service was impeccable, they were so nice, worked as a team. When I go back to Roxboro, I'll eat there.
