“My husband and I went on a dinner date to Little Italy, it was our first time visiting and we really enjoyed the atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious! Our waitress(Anna) was great and super sweet. She made sure we were taken care of. We’ll definitely be returning!“

Everything is delicious, authentic, and of the very highest quality. My 100% go-to place. “Found a great little Italian place on the north side of town. Clean and well lighted. Service was quick and caring. Love their sauce which had just the right amount of onion and bell peppers and I'm pretty sure by the color that they used San Marzano tomatoes and a hint of sweet. I had the lasagna and my wife had the spaghetti, both of which were excellent. We saw a couple of pizzas go by that also looked very good. Prices were very reasonable for the portion sizes which were more than adequate. Seems like a family owned business and I think they have been there for a while. We will definitely return if we are in that area around dinner time.“

“I love this little place. They have a little of everything for everyone. I've had their Greek platter a couple of times, and it's really good. When I want a fried seafood platter, I'll come here instead of the seafood restaurants near me. We usually go every couple of weeks.“

“Located off the beaten path, this place offers great food at affordable prices. At a stand alone building with its own private parking lot. You are immediately greeted by one of their employees. There are always specials posted on a board near the entrance and more often than not they are really nice choices. Place has ample seating inside and is very comfortable not tight like other places. For appetizers we had the Bruschetta which was really good. Mozzarella sticks were perfectly seasoned on outside and hot gooey cheese inside. The soup of the day was Lobster Bosque, it did not impress, watery, salty and absolutely no lobster meat in it. The Philly Cheesesteak and Chicken Cheesesteak were both very hearty and filling g according to my daughter and friend. I had the chicken Parm hero, good sauce to mozzarella ration. Chicken had good flavor though it was cut up and I prefer whole cutlets. Overall a great deal for the money. Our waitress was super friendly and patient with us. She always kept on top of our drinks and consistently checked on us.“

“This is our favorite restaurant in Winston. We love the short ribs and daily specials. The Giardino pizza is delicious. We get it without the peppers & eggplant. Perfect crust.To finish off your evening be sure to try the “Olive Oil” cake. It has hints of orange and comes with ice cream. Delightful! Tracy and Misty are great servers. We enjoy chatting with them. It is a fun place to come before a Winston Salem Dash baseball game or other event. Have fun!“

“Only went there once and I loved it. The food was very tasty and fresh. I'm sad but glad that it is not in my neighborhood ... if it would be, I would eat there too often. The service was nice. We were celebrating of my children's accomplishment. When they heard that, they offered Italian doughnuts on the house. Nice family ambiance. They also have refrigerated take out food. “This neighborhood Italian spot has been around for over 20 years now. Unfortunately, Covid resulted in the restaurant stopping dining in in early 2022 because they were not able to employ adequate staff. They still offer take out and deliver from a much reduced menu. I wanted a Stromboli, but this Italian classic is no longer offered. So instead I took a lunch special - 1/2 Italian Sub with a salad and fountain drink for $8 and some change. The order was available quickly and I was on my way. This was a nice lunch - the salad was fresh tasting and flavorful, bolstered by the house Italian dressing. The sub was quite nice as well, well filled with ham, salami, pepperoni, and cheese, then topped with lettuce, tomato. & mayo on nice crusty roll. A good lunch at a very good price!“

“A classic Italian staple in Winston. I love their subs. And fries. Personal favorites for me are the chicken parmigiana sub and any of the steak subs. The restaurant itself is quaint and a classic Italian restaurant feel. The staff are always friendly and quick to get anything you need!“

This past visit was, without a doubt, the most top-tier visit I've had. I always enjoy going at Christmas because the decor is so festive and fun. But unfortunately sometimes they're busy and the service just isn't outstanding. On this visit, we had the server team of James and Dawn, and they truly made our experience. While the food was also the best meal I've had at Fratelli's, our servers made the experience. Thank you so much for outstanding service and a memorable evening from start to finish! Must haves on a visit to Fratelli's: Calamari. It's lemony and cooked perfectly. Always a winner. A cocktail. They have a large cocktail menu, but I personally love their cosmo. Brussels sprouts. The standout side. They're roasted with apples and bacon, perfectly soft and infinitely delicious. Worth the upcharge. Dessert. I can't pick between the Krispy Kreme bread pudding and the bananas foster. Get both. Thank me later. I got the NY strip on this visit and it was cooked to medium rare perfection. I did the add on of a crab cake. It was good, but not the best I'd ever had. I would try the shrimp next time! This was perfect for our girls night out, but it's great for dates, celebrations or special occasions!“
