I picked up carryout one hour ago. The place was empty, music was blaring, and there were no workers around. There was a guy behind me just trying to pay his bill and no one was around. Our food was all leftovers. The rice and beans were watery and refrigerated, still ice cold. This used to be my favorite restaurant in the area, but for what it costs, plus fees for the carryout order, it's now not.
