“I picked up a family meal and when I got home it was missing 2 legs and a biscuit. Wasn't busy in there either. I was going to just call and tell them to check their counter person so people won't be disappointed when they get home and the phone has been busy 2 hours. Sure puts a damper on to go orders I bet.“

“I had a bit of an issue with my order at Chick-fil-A yesterday, but I want to share how wonderfully it was handled. I called the customer care line to get it corrected, but when I went to the restaurant the next morning, they still hadn’t received the report, and I hadn’t gotten an email confirmation yet. Despite this, the manager Maggie and an employee named David went above and beyond to assist me. They were professional, kind, and quick to ensure my meals were corrected. Their excellent service turned the situation around, and I left completely satisfied. Thank you to the team for showing why Chick-fil-A is known for its amazing customer service!“

“I ordered online, went through the drive through at 6:46(it was early so they had me pull up), but I’m still waiting for my food to be prepared. I Understand that they are busy, but there has been 14 cars after me go through the drive thru and be served yet I’m still waiting. When I came in, I was told it was because they were busy but they’re filling every order but mine.It’s 7:07 and I’ve just been told 4 more min on chicken😡 I’ll never be back!“
