I stopped there on the way to Asheville and ordered chicken livers they were old and dry the tater wedges were dry and old even the drink was watered down a very horrible experience for a KFC. The place was run down also

I went through the drive thru and got a famous bowl but asked for the chicken on the side, they gave me the wrong order and I had to turn around and get back in the drive thru line because the inside was closed and they had given me fries and some Mac n cheese and demanded all this back before they'd give me what I ordered even though they messed up and knowing they can't re use food once its been out the window, you would think as a courtesy you would let me have these little items for the hassle of having to turn around and waste 15 minutes of my life when you're literally throwing it away anyways... the lady who was working at the drive thru was sweet but whoever was yelling in the back was disrespectful. Probably won't be coming back to this location, luckily there's more then one in this area.

Your food is good when you include EVERYTHING. Got home with the food and not a single sauce out of the 6 we listed in our order was in that bag; because of this tragic incident I need everyone to know it ruined my appetite. I was so thrilled to have some of the sauce with my food, but no—dry as the desert food with no sauce, severely disappointed. Do not come here, unless you want them to forget something in your order.

I picked up a family meal and when I got home it was missing 2 legs and a biscuit. Wasn't busy in there either. I was going to just call and tell them to check their counter person so people won't be disappointed when they get home and the phone has been busy 2 hours. Sure puts a damper on to go orders I bet.
When we got there we stood there for 3 to 4 minutes waiting for someone to greet us.i though I was going have to pull a Karen lol we got the new bucket it was not in a bucket The Employees where rude

Disappointed that the dinning room was closed, however the drive-thru service was prompt and efficient. The fried chicken and sides were good. Will return in the future!

The Chicken and Biscuit weren't fresh but the drive thru attendant was excellent. I guess I would have preferred fresher food over great service but being in the customer service industry for almost 40 years; I appreciate good service because it's getting harder to find these days.

The kids meal is delicious. I love with 5 adults, and a toddler. It's cheap and honestly filling!

I visited this location on 10/02/2024 @ 5:00 pm 4 days after Hurricane Helene hit. The drive through was wrapped around the building but the line was moving steady. The young man running the drive through was very courteous and polite. The food was hot and delicious. Thank you so much Spindale KFC. You are 10 stars in my book!!!
