Loved the chicken livers hot, fresh, and fried perfectly. The service was good. Employees are friendly. The restaurant was very clean.

I picked up a family meal and when I got home it was missing 2 legs and a biscuit. Wasn't busy in there either. I was going to just call and tell them to check their counter person so people won't be disappointed when they get home and the phone has been busy 2 hours. Sure puts a damper on to go orders I bet.

Disappointed that the dinning room was closed, however the drive-thru service was prompt and efficient. The fried chicken and sides were good. Will return in the future!

The Chicken and Biscuit weren't fresh but the drive thru attendant was excellent. I guess I would have preferred fresher food over great service but being in the customer service industry for almost 40 years; I appreciate good service because it's getting harder to find these days.

I visited this location on 10/02/2024 @ 5:00 pm 4 days after Hurricane Helene hit. The drive through was wrapped around the building but the line was moving steady. The young man running the drive through was very courteous and polite. The food was hot and delicious. Thank you so much Spindale KFC. You are 10 stars in my book!!!

You can't even get a smile on their face. It's sad that when you go in to a place they should be like that they want to work. Being rude to a customer is uncalled for.
This is one of the better KFCs I've been to in a while. They're doing good work.

I hadn’t been to a KFC for close to 30 years, but I heard that their pot pies were very good and wanted to try one. I also saw an advertisement for a smashed potato bowl with chicken, so I ordered one of those as well. I also saw that there was a Mountain Dew flavor that is exclusive to KFC, sweet lightning, so, of course I had to try that. I couldn’t resist a small lemon Bundt cake on the menu. The verdict is in. The pot pie was delicious. My only disappointment was that there was not a crust on the bottom. However, the crust on top was flaky and crisp and the filling was hot and loaded with big chunks of white meat chicken. I would definitely order that again. The smashed potato bowl with chopped up fried chicken was so salty that I was unable to eat it. The Mountain Dew sweet lightning was absolutely outstanding! The flavors are peach and honey, and they delighted my taste buds! The lemon mini Bundt cake was moist and bursting with lemon flavor with a lemon glaze drizzled on top. I will probably be returning for a pot pie with sweet lightning along with a lemon cake in the near future.
