Visited this restaurant several times. Food is delicious and well prepared service is great. Would highly recommend.

We recently came here and had brunch. The wait wasn't too bad for a Saturday morning, but then at lunchtime, they got super busy. The food was delicious and fresh. We loved the music. The owner was really nice and personable. He really cared about our dining experience. We'll be back some day. I highly recommend this spot.

Mine and my wife's first time coming here, food is DELICIOUS, and obviously made in house :) the sweets are decadent and to die for. The gentleman running front of house has fantastic people skills! cant wait to come back

My husband and I ate here this morning at 12:00 pm. Food was great, staff was somewhat friendly, other than this very rude younger gentleman with long blonde hair who got an attitude with an elderly gentleman about asking to leave a cash tip, but to do so he requested cash back, to which the man replied “then leave a tip?” With a salty attitude. The women were very friendly though!

My family and I have been here multiple times and have had different meals, they have all been wonderful. The environment is very relaxing and inviting. All staff we have interacted with are very kind and professional. Often times the owner is there and he is very friendly and approachable. The portions and prices are reasonable. The Big Fatty Burrito and the Nitty Gritty Bowl are family favorites. My family and I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Food was surprisingly good. No black tea, only herbal.

Food is too expensive for what you get very small child like portions. Plastic tableware, low quality ingredients (most of the food looked like it was pre made or off of a kids meal menu)
This place has great potential but it will have to start with putting quality ingredients into their meals and not “cheaping out” and reevaluating how they run things along with making sure everything is freshly made or hand made and not frozen and just heated up. I could do that at home if I wanted to eat out of my freezer. I really

It’s literally insane how good the nitty gritty gritt bowl is !! It’s so delicious ??? please keep them busy Rutherford county . This is a gem ! And I don’t want them to leave us !! Also the Brookie is delicious ?

The owners are great, down to earth, and so friendly. The breakfast bowl was so good. Don't leave without trying a homemade pastry.
