Food was served hot, very tasty. I've dined at their other local location, Rutherfordton was better. It was lunch at noon, very busy and the wait staff seemed overwhelmed - getting in each other's way. But it was very crowded, perhaps that's why. Anyway, that's why I gave a 3 for atmosphere.
Picked up to go order..pollo loco- chicken so hard and dry that I could not eat it, no cheese sauce...rice was dry, salad was ok, chips were old and hard. Very unhappy with food- I used to love their food- what happened?????
It's went downhill, use to b sooo good now not so much !! Some of the ppl who work there r awesome but they is a few that will not wait on u won't hardly do anything and get a attitude face if u ask for a refill!
