Had omelet got order wrong , trying to cook to fast or they new my omelet did not cover the filling , witch was messed up.put hot peppers in mine was told to leave out forgot put bacon,but did. bring for side,not planning on eating there anytime soon.
This location is really good & clean, friendly staff also…but when placing an online order it doesn’t give an option to order how you want it specifically. When I called, the recording didn’t provide an option to speak to anyone. A computerized woman stating they weren’t taking orders on the phone was all. So if there’s an issue w/my order, how am I supposed to get in touch w/the store besides driving all the way back over there? No.
Food is almost always on point and made just how we ordered! Workers always meet us with a smile and friendliness! Bathrooms clean, floors tables all neat and wiped down. I'd say 9/10 times I haven't had a complaint or issue... I think we have maybe had to send something back to be altered or something but never really anything big. Usually just that something should have been on side instead of on one plate for myself or kiddos... On 2 different occasions we had waitresses...
