Was not open . burnt out and was remodeling. Had to go through a gate where attendant gave you a pass and all the way in back through a bunch houses . Could been nice if it really was open.

Went in today at 11:30 and were told they wouldn't start lunch until 11:45, so don't get impatient if a server doesn't get to you right away. No problem, we're pretty patient. At 11:50 every table that came in after us had their order taken. At 12:00 we still didn't have a server, so we left. 2 stars is for the heads up on the wait.

Great restaurant to grab a drink, some casual food and watch the boats go in and out. My family and I have eaten here a couple of times. Both times, we had the blackened fish tacos. First time was seriously five star delicious. Second time was average. Fish was a little overcooked, cabbage slaw wasn't as tasty, spicy sauce was minimized. Both times, the fresh made chips were great! Still, we will definitely be going back. Love the marina action, chairs and table were comfortable and service was great. Fish tacos were large with generous amounts of fish for a taco.
I had the hummus and the root salad. Both were absolutely delicious. The view of the marina was great and the service was excellent. The only reason I rate it four stars is that the flies were overwhelming.

Breakfast is wonderful. The best shrimp and grits ever! Everything was oversized and delicious. The View was untouchable. Staff was so nice and great with our kids. We will be back!

Nothing on website says anything about dogs being prohibited on outdoor patio. No one answers phone to field questions. Server waits until after we are situated to say dogs are not allowed on outdoor patio.
