I just purchased a condo in Oak Island. My primary residence is in PA. Pizza is my favorite food and if it was not for my wife, I would eat it every day. I am somewhat of a fanatic and very picky regarding a good tasting pie. The key for me is the sauce. It should never taste sweet, but have a good balance with a touch of tangy to it.
