Though they demand your money instead of an ask and a thank afterwards. 14 & 15 Dec 2024 16mar2025 Vanessa the manager working drive thru got my straw for my jamocha shake the fries were cold and there is a sign that clearly says if you don't get a receipt ask for the manager immediately so I did out of curiosity and it's just a sign. I had to inform her my friend were cold. By this time I was frustrated because I had a two hour drive. Do better

Staff is usually friendly but sometimes you get someone that can be bothered. Portions are hit or miss. These two thing is probably why I've seen more than one pissed off customer when I walked in. Parking lot is about one step from returning to a gravel lot. But it's right beside RCCC so it makes for a convenient stop on the way to class

I haven't eaten Arby's in years, because of poor quality. I gave them a try a few weeks ago and have been back several times since. I work out of town and eat at many different places. I will be going back again at an least once a week while ones close by.

They gave me a kids sized drink and tried to say it was a regular lemonade, paid $3 for it. Also didn't give me any sauce or napkins. Closed the window on me when I went to ask about the size of the drink. Spent 15 mins in the drive through when there were only 2 cars in front of me. Food was fine but customer service wasn't it.
Good food. Service was ok, preset was not exact but the food was good. The lettuce on the food was Lea than desirable. But it was a ok meal.

I’m not one to write a lot of reviews but I think it should be said. Food was pretty good I have no complaints on the food. However the customer service is not very good. I would say thank you and all I would get is a nod. Same when I pulled up to the window and said hello. I understand this job may not be ideal or maybe they were having a bad day but I expect when I buy a 12 dollar sandwich to have decent customer service when ordering and receiving my order. As far as the other employees I think they did more talking than working.
I really enjoy Arby’s sandwiches and will likely still be a customer but. I’m not sure for how long if nothing changes.

Usually the food is tasty this visit the portions was small and the bacon was burnt hard and dry the tomato slices you could see tru thin .This visit was that good best thing was Root beer soda.

It was OK. We went specifically to try the new Fried Turkey sandwich. However, while they say they have “All the Meats”, at this location they didn’t seem to want to share them. The sandwich had less Turkey than expected and definitely not the three slices they show in the commercial.

My experience there was terrible. I received pessimistic, racist and arrogant treatment from one of the workers who worked at the cash register. I don't remember her name but she worked today 11/27/2024 at 8:10, I really do not recommend the Latino community to buy from this place.
