The owner is really cool and the food is really good. The Brown chicken stew is my favorite.

Walked to the counter, the employee walked away and proceeded to converse with a customer that was waiting for their food. We thought she was assisting him, but she was having casual conversation; nothing to do with food/ordering.

No acknowledgment…No - “I’ll be with you in a moment”…NOTHING…

Highly disappointed, given the good reviews…We’ll spend our money where the “service” isn’t absent.

When I say the food was exceptionally good.... that's an understatement....my husband and I will definitely be back

Just happened to google for a good Carribean spot while we were in Salisbury and decided to give it a try. Maaaaaaaan i don’t care how far Archie’s is or where it goes, my family and I will be eating here forever. Food was phenomenal, staff is top tier, an everything down to the music selection was perfect. Big shout out to Archie’s! One love!

Archies Tropical Cuisines had some tasty eats, but the wait time was pretty long. Service was just okay, not the fastest, but the staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall, good food and pleasant vibes, but be prepared to wait a bit.

Authentic and delicious. Best food in Salisbury. Its like going on a minivacation. I love restaurants with the owner/chef present. Its all about passion and his place gets it right.

The absolute best Jamaican food in NC. Period!! Chimetime said it was as well and he was right! They don’t miss!! I dare you to take the drive if you love Jamaican food!! You won’t be disappointed.

I normally go to Charlotte to get my Jamaican curry goat chicken combo not no more this food is banging believe me am not Jamaican but I love they food

Nice and friendly staff. Food came out with 10 minutes. Jerk chicken was tender, juice and just the right amount of heat.

We are so happy to have discovered Archie's Tropical Cuisine in Salisbury! We started with the beef patties, which were seasoned to perfection with a delightfully flaky crust. For our entrees, I had the jerk chicken, and my wife had the curry chicken. Both dishes were packed with amazing flavor, and the meat was incredibly tender. Everything was cooked to perfection, and the quality of the food truly stood out. This is definitely a spot we’ll be returning to. Highly recommend!

Archies Tropical Cuisines is a small, clean restaurant (99% sanitation grade) with a welcoming, personable staff. The high-quality, thoughtfully prepared food is fresh and flavorful!

Flavor is *embedded* in every bite - not mere sauce on top of unseasoned proteins or bland veggies. Love it!
