My son Came there at 930 and set there for 30 minutes and the woman took his money and said the drawer was looked and didn’t give him food or money back, so then my son knocked on the door for 20 minutes and then when I called she was rude to me and said they told him they would make the food for him , well why didn’t he come home with food then? Worst place and sorry service !! I will be seeking legal advice!!!

The other day we ordered a two piece dark meal. They were out of chicken. We were told we had to wait 12 minutes for more chicken. After being parked for 20 minutes we had to go in to get our order that the employees forgot about. Very disappointed.

Just visited this Bojangles and ordered an 8 piece meal for $ 33.00 and some change. we got 8 pieces of chicken, a large cajun fry, and 4 sauce cups of slaw. I am not a fan of Bojangles to begin with. This sealed the deal for me. Never again. Then they made us wait for the tea.

Waited in line for 45+ minutes just for them to get the order wrong once we reached the window. Had to correct them multiple times when it was their fault and we were the customers unfortunately waiting a ridiculous time in the drive thru. Old lady at the window was extremely rude and angry when we’d asked for sauce and were missing things in our boxes. It seems to be like this at every Bojangles I’ve been to; guaranteed to get your order wrong every time! :)

A woman named Carolyn here manager just informed everybody that has a 12:00 there will be no more coffee served even though they serve breakfast all day how are you going to serve breakfast all day and not serve coffee coffee is part of breakfast I came in about 12:30 where's the sign saying no coffee after 12:00 in the cashier that took my order was very polite and very kind and I did not know that this was implicated into their policy now as of this morning

Will never go to a Bojangles ever again!
This was the slowest restaurant bar none. The place was disgustingly filthy. How it even got a rating of 97 is miraculous! Doesn’t say much for North Carolina’s department of health. This place was so nasty, I wiped my feet in the restaurant before going outside.
If this is the kind of restaurant Salisbury is proud of…. Whoa… want no part of this city.

The place was a mess. The cashier wore the same gloves to take our payment, then touching food to bag up, back to cashier. We waited at least 20 minutes for our food. Asked for a refund but they got our food ready at that moment. Food was mediocre.

Every time I come to this specific location it's slow or my order isn't complete. Asked for a sandwich combo and was given a chicken biscuit, sauce and fixin were both different. Printer must not print receipts either.

I just left there 10 mins ago. I had to reorder fries because they were not fresh as requested. Once I got home and checked the rest of the food the chicken was not fresh and the biscuit was hard and not fresh as well. I understand that fast food places are underpaid and I appreciate the hard work that the team does but an effort can be made.

This location is trash, stood at the cashier waiting to order food for at least 5 minutes. Multiple employees see me waiting and no verbal contact or anything saying someone will be right with you. Nothing so I just left, went back in and still no one helped the people at the counter … absolutely ridiculous how slow these people work here. Just a simple recognition that we are waiting and someone would be over but nothing for over 5 minutes
