Food is good , staff terrible, I had to wait for five minutes and after coming in and ask what was taking so long I was waiting over 5 minutes, and the manager got all bent out of shape because I wasn’t understanding enough of shift change, like the over doesn’t change only the genius who runs it, then she said they burnt it, over all I wasted time waiting and got into a verbal disagreements with her and some of her staff, It’s crazy how customer service is now a day, they raise prices but not the service standards. The place of business is for business shift change doesn’t stop operations.

The workers are really rude and not caring about the customers. They took more than 30 mines for a chicken sandwich. Specially the girl on the front.

Friendly staff and quality food. There was a wait to order inside because of lack of staff and busy drive-thru but food was made fast and was fresh.

We were the only 2 people in line and the casier pulls her phone out after asking what we want. Waited patiently for whatever important text she had. The food didn't take long, probably because thd fries were horribly undercooked and the supremes were sitting waiting on us. They tasted like they had waited on us an hour.
The tea was terrible, tasted more like coffee.
The employees were so loud it was actually uncomfortable.
I love Bojangles food, but if it's going to be this bad, I'll save my money next time

Kode Cass is the bojangles GOAT, she made sure my food was hot and ready and showed me a great deal of professionalism , She needs to be manager she’s obviously the best employee there due to her going above and beyond to provide great service.

Out of all of the Bojangles restaurants in Salisbury, this one on East Innes St is probably the very last one I would ever go to. Yes, it's in a very good location, but that's about the best thing I can say. As far as the food goes, more often than not I have a problem with it either being cold-to-lukewarm, tasting like it was sitting around for hours rather than being freshly made, or the chicken biscuits are full of some kind of gristle and are nasty. Then......you have the seasoned fries, one of the best things Bojangles has going for it. Not at this location. I'd say 98% of the time the fries are severely underseasoned or have no seasoning on it at all, and that's extremely disappointing. I can't remember the last time I had a decent meal from this location.
