Apparently they use AI at thr drive thru. I asked for a 5 piece chicken supreme combo and it did not give me fries or a biscuit very upsetting that a person can take the order

I came here around 12 and ordered. They said it’s going to be about 15 mins for the chicken to come up and I said ok. I waited and waited in the parking lot but when I looked at the clock it was 12:35. I’ve noticed that a lot of people were getting their orders so I figured they forgot about me and I called to asked if my order was ready. The lady on the phone said it’s coming and as I hung up a guy with long hair gave me the food. He was very friendly. He said that they ran out of big boxes and as he was handing me the individual boxes he told me what was inside them. When I got home I noticed that the dark meat was room temperature while the white meat was hot so I’m assuming it was fresh. I think they packed the dark meat ahead of time in the bag instead of packing it and letting it sit in the warmer until it was time.
Reading other people’s reviews I agree that the service is slow. If you’re going to tell me that it’ll be 15 mins I expect the food be ready around that time, not no 30 mins. The staff seemed friendly though and the food was ok. Maybe when they have a bigger staff the service will be faster. I’ll be trying the other locations in Salisbury just to compare but overall the experience was ok.

this morning I went and got a biscuit and opened it. It was all smashed up and my fries were cold and not really seasoned so I want to go return the biscuit and fries and only received a biscuit back. While the manager was very rude the throughout the experience i will not be going back

You all need new management. Never a easy experience when getting food here.. This morning my sausage was over cooked and once more the grill was all over my eggs with unmelted cheese. .I asked this lil chubby white girl at window for a large cup of water which i was paying for. But her rely was '"oh I can give a a small cup of water. So i go in to get it from my sister the black lady and here lil chubby come...i told her i thought you was working drive thru. She said oh im doing both.man you all just need a entire new crew.

It was very quick,people were very polite and the food was good and hot! Ate it all!! That you! I got the four peice chicken supreme a biscuit and fries...perfect!

Went through the drive through for an order and waited 20 mins outside and the order was wrong. The worker who brought the food out was rude. This is by far the worse Bojangles I’ve ever been to. DON’T GO TO THIS LOCATION.

Went through window and was told to pull around because they were waiting on chicken to finish. Well 25 minutes later I walk in and they had forgotten about me. They weren’t even busy at the time. One was standing there texting on her phone. Absolutely terrible service.
