Everytime I go to this Bojangles I promise myself no to go there again. The people who work there ( for the most part) are rude and do not care if your order is correct or not. I went there again today and actually pulled over to check and make sure I had everything. Of course, no bbq sauce for the tenders. Had to walk to the drive thru window and to sauce...they gave me one container of sauce for 12 tenders! At this point I just gave up! Got home and discovered they gave me a large cold slaw that was not even halfway full! Ticks me off because my family eats the cold slaw and I actually bought another large side of pinto to make sure we had enough to go around. I do not know why they are bothering to remodel...they can't get their job right no matter how nice the lobby looks. $54.00 for scrappy service! Shame on you! I will no longer go there even if it means driving across town to KFC!

Went thru drive thru for a Supreme salad, told to drive to double doors and wait. Waited 15 minutes, went in myself and still waited. No customer service, walking around like zombies. BTW. Tomatoes were rotten. Took a pic in case I get food poison.

This location needs to be closed. The End. Everything is terrible. The wait time for an order that was placed through the app took one hour. Just ridiculous. This has happened several times. Just close it
Clearly the team members or mangers don’t know what they doing. Always waiting long in the drive thru line just for the to still have to pull you & have you wait longer. You know when you running low on stuff, start dropping food in time so customers don’t have to be waiting forever. Work ethic trash!

This is THE MOST SORRY Bojangles in Salisbury. You always have to wait for 30 mins or more for your food, the employees are rude, they are always out of items. The management sucks. If you look all down the reviews most are terrible. (Don't even waste your money here, bc Zaxby's is right down the street with way better food and service.) And the employees at this Bojangles do not give one damn about you getting your food or giving you good customer service. All of them on nightshift look like crackheads and addicts.
