Horrible experience 5 cars in line, first guy taps on window no one comes to drive thru window he leaves, i pull up to the window i wait 15mins no one ever comes to the window, mind you 3 cars are behind me so i leave. (They do have people inside working this is around 5:40am) all the workers did was look at window and walk past like nothing.

My wife and I made an online order for Bojangles on Statesville Blvd in Salisbury NC Sunday Dec 7 at 3:20 pm 8 PC meal and Mac and cheese and were told to pick up at 3:48 pm. When we showed up were told another 15 minutes because they weren't finished cooking chicken so we came back and were told the order wasn't ready because they just received it on the board which was the manager who lied because they said 15 minutes earlier to come back our order wasn't ready. So she asked to cancel the order which the manager stated they couldn't, plus it'll be another 20 minutes for Mac n cheese, plus no white meat, all dark. So she, myself and a WHOLE lot of family we have are done here. This isn't the first time, but the first and last lie by staff. She deserves her money back. DO NOT GO TO BOJANGLES ON STATESVILLE BLVD! Horrible experience

Instead of renovating the place should have just tore it down nobody there knows what theyre doing the guy next to me was waiting for 45mins I had to go in 3 times because my order was wrong and 3-4 people were just doing nothing just talking in the corner

This place messes my food up 4 out of 5 times, never anyone working and always cold food. Once my egg biscuit had weird purple color on it. Also they cannot understand an egg biscuit is an egg with biscuit, not egg and bright orange government cheese and biscuit. Then the egg is literally a scrap never a whole piece of egg. It’s sad because Salisbury is very limited on places to eat. This one is exed off of the list completely.
Wow. This place. Its always slow, and always wrong. Lol. But, I love bojangles and I guess ill continue to take the abuse.

Thought that since they updated their building and recently reopened, it would be better, wrong. The food was only room temperature. Cashier acted like she couldn't hear and kept asking what we ordered. They only had legs and thighs at 5:00 pm and no mashed potatoes. When I ask if they offered senior discounts, I was never given an answer. They were always out of chicken prior to their upgrade and still that way so guess some things never change so don't advise going there.

This location is seriously understaffed. Even though we waited almost forty minutes to order and get our food (there was one person in front of us), I couldn't even bead I felt so bad for the staff. Our daughter was down from Manhattan and Bojangles was her request for fast food since they don't have any up there. Her Supremes were old, cold, and so dry. She was so disappointed, especially since a large Supremes combo isn't cheap. Then our cat was rammed into in the parking lot while we were waiting in line inside and of course there are no cameras. Overall just a really bad experience. We won't be back.
