We sat here waiting to be seated and no one showed up. The bus boy ig showed up and I thought was seening us cuz grab two menus but ended up saying someone else would be with us soon then another 5mins of waiting and working can see us. One even hugged a customer goodbye while looking right at me. Never been before but from the other reviews it's a common thing don't come here just go to the one in kannapolis

Called in Pickup order. The food was very dissappointing. The salad was old, tomatos look like last week leftovers. The wing very small and dry.

Absolutely the worst Buffalo wild wings I have ever been to ‼️. Service was terrible and the server was lost and very rude. Waited an hour for a water and soda. Over an hour for the appetizer we ordered first. Bartender was struggling and tap beer unavailable. Fortunately, the manager, Cindy, tried to improve the situation several times with courtesy and professionalism. She had to intervene when the waitress became very condescending, aggressive, and rude. Thank you Cindy for your efforts but your staff needs lots more training. Good luck 🤞. Customers don't waste your time or money ‼️‼️

I’ve been reluctant to share this review because I know this restaurant majorly lacks due to management I’m sure but I just had the worst meal to go that I’ve had there, their to go system is awful and you never get what you ordered and this particular time everything wasn’t edible. Burgers were burnt, fries were stiff, they didn’t even hand over my drinks or dessert. We had to go back in two separate times in order to get the whole order. You can’t even connect with a manager over the phone to get a refund or ask any questions and I was not gonna drive over there and wait another 30 mins just to talk to somebody. We had already waited too long for the food as it was. This b-dubs needs a major revamp. Absolutely disappointed and a huge waste of my time and money. This isn’t the first time this has happened but I’ve tried to meet the situation with grace but I’m over it now.

Atmosphere was fine. Service way too long on a slow night. Didn’t listen to instructions at all. Which I don’t see how because she had a pen a paper. Food cold and no flavor. Onion wings were good though. Would not go to this location.

Unfortunately each time we have ordered we have been missing parts of our order or like this evening the incorrect order all together. I am charged for special requests yet do not receive any of what was ordered. Will not be back

How? How do you run a business like this! No one runs the host counter, the pickup good is never ready! Dasher who work on tips are loosing money by waiting!!!! Get it together!!!!!

We usually stay away from Chain Places - but since moving to Salisbury we’ve found very limited options with football on the screens! We’ve actually started to enjoy coming here but yesterday was impressive - we are bar sitters and we noticed right away the manager (30ish male dark haired bearded guy) was tending bar (BarTender prob called out) so we expected slightly delayed service since he kinda has to manage an in entire restaurant on a Saturday, and we heard kitchen staff called out as well! Not the case! The service was actually better! The food was exactly how I ordered and beer was never empty! I know managers usually cannot except tips, so I am hoping our tip was distributed to the employees that actually showed up to work that day!

Every time i give this place a chance it bites me. Went in and the guy at the counter was to high to put words together. Told us on two waters 30 min to a hour wait. Hardly anyone there. Saturday nights are to busy to only have two working or they didn't show up to work. I can understand with this store.

Had to come into the restaraunt to place a to go order as the app would not allow for an order to be placed. Normally an easy process was difficult this time. Still enjoy this restaurant and would recommend to others.
