Waited 20 minutes after being sat for drink orders. Cheesesticks came out overcooked without any cheese, after bringing out a fresh order, we were charged for both! I will not be back. The restaurant was only half full and and the manager was at another table when we were leaving.

We were told on the app the food would be ready at 11:40 pm. We arrived at 11:45 pm and we received our food at 12:12 am. We waited longer than 20 minutes for our food. Plus, one of the buffalo wings had feathers on it. FEATHERS on it!!!! That is disgusting. Plus, they forgot one of our sides and our food was cold. I will never eat at this establishment ever again. The food is disgusting and the staff looks like they don’t want to be there.

The WORST service we have had at any restaurant ever. Last night we had a group of 6 and had two members of our party arrive before the rest of us got there to get us a table and they made them wait to seat us for the rest of our party to arrive. They sat almost every person that came in after us before we got to sit down but we had to say something to the hostess to even get seated and had almost been waiting an hour. Once we’re seated our waitress didn’t take our order right away and once she took our drink order it took over 30 minutes to get 4 soft drinks and two beers. Everyone with soft drinks got theirs first and it took FOREVER to get the two beers that had been ordered. When we got the beers one of them was wrong. We had ordered all of our food and it took over an hour and it never came out, we ordered the most basic items off the menu, wings, burgers, and chicken tenders. so we paid for the drinks and left. We had been there for 2 hours.

We have gone here many times, usually get the boneless wings. They are hit or miss on constant quality and size; they literally count a small little nugget as a wings (I mean about 1 inch in size). Ketchup bottles are always out, speed from kitchen is almost always slow, service is also hit or miss. If you go on buy one/get one wing night, boneless are limited to 15 wings (not advertised anywhere we could see). They do have pretty good burgers. Beer prices are really high, as are food prices.

Walked in and waited at the front for far too long until the bartender came to the host stand. She didn’t speak a word to us and then walked us to our table. When we made it to the table we watched multiple people wait for the longest time to be helped and some eventually walked out. (We should’ve) Make sure you bring a book to read while you’re sitting there waiting to be greeted because it’s as bad as waiting in line at the DMV. Our waitress Haley had the worst attitude, didn’t smile once, and stood on her phone behind the counter. Considering they only had three tables sat in the dining room, we shouldn’t have waited so long for our waitress to come back to the table. The food was actually pretty good, but the atmosphere and our waitress made us lose our appetite and eating there was not worth our time or money. I got three words for this place.. NEVER COMING BACK!

Worst service experience I have ever had. Waitress was totally incompetent and inattentive. Took 10 minutes just to bring me a straw. Normally I am very understanding with stuff like that, but there was hardly anyone even there. Don’t go here!!!!
If you like the taste of something that tastes like it’s been reheated 7 times with no flavor, and boneless wings that are smaller than McDonald’s Chicken nuggets this is the place for you. And now I’m hungry…

Wings, fries, honey barbecue sauce was fine. .Waitress was pleasant and very handy . Only problem was the bull ring in her nose was very distracting and not pleasant to observe when serving. Please leave the nose rings for the animals on the farms.

Just horrible! Ordered online and when I arrived to pick my food up (12 minutes earlier than I was told to be there), there wasn't anyone at the takeout counter. So there was ZERO customer service! So after standing there for 15 minutes with other customers waiting to get there takeout orders as well, they were all just sitting on a rack. Finally another customer just walked up to the rack and found their order, so I did as well. Now my order was completed at 3:41 and my pick up time was 4:20 and being that I only live 3 minutes from BWW I waited till closer to the time scheduled for my order to be ready. Well obviously it had gotten ready way before it was supposed to because everything I ordered was COLD. I only ordered the 20 boneless wings with french fries and fresh carrots. I had 4 different sauce flavors which were not labeled so I had no clue what they were, and also my carrots were not in my bag. Cold food, no customer service, and missing items I will not be going back and definitely WILL NOT recommend eating here to anyone.
