We stopped by today, party of 13, that place was not full, but was some what busy, we ordered some mozzarella cheese sticks, one of the orders was not cooked all the way since some of the sticks were sticking together, we asked them to get them replaced, we were told no, since they were two pieces only, then we got all the food, two orders were missing, they came out like 30 minutes later, when the person in charge brought it out, Colebry, he was very hostile about it, before we could even say something he said “ we are very busy today, we sassiness and an attitude.Then he proceeded to threw the food in the middle of the table, we told him that he put it in the wrong place then he said “ well you past it down” and he walked awayReally bad serviceNo customer serviceBathrooms were filthyManager needs to do a better job managing the placeWon’t be back, not recommendedBefore we left , we learned that it was Colebry that one that put the food order into the system, he needs to work on work ethic and learn on how to put food in the system

I usually come here a lot with my family, I love coming here often but today for my fathers birthday I went with my family again since this is his favorite place to go out to eat. It was 9 of us all adults, no kids. It was around 7:40pm when we got there, it was not as busy as always so we thought that it was going to go better. We get there and the host is really nice. But as she was giving us our table she told our going to be waitress that she has a table of 9. The waitress (I believe her name is Morgan) gave a nasty attitude towards us as she nodded her head. All of us saw and noticed it lol. But we tried to brush it off but as she was walking around she kept nodding her head like if she was annoyed and just being super unprofessional, rolling her eyes and mumbling under her breath. I don’t know if she thought we didn’t speak English since we are Hispanics . So we just all decided to walk out so we could save her the time. We didn’t want to be served by someone who doesn’t want to do their job and make us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. As we were leaving she said “oh my Goddd”. Watch out for her lol

I really appreciate that they have Ultimate Fighting Championship Pay per views. Even with an ESPN + subscription it costs me less to come by there and enjoy a meal with the fights than it would to stay at home and buy the Pay per view. I love that they have quality beers and fantastic service for Salisbury nc. If you want something kind of healthy, the have naked tenders which are grilled or the chicken ceasar salad.
Im not blaming BBW For the packaging due to the delivery service Uber eats extending wait times past 1 hour and 30 minutes but the amount of sauce here is unacceptableLiterally a blobThis is not up to BBW policy for coating wings and I will never go back.

Stood at the door for 15 minutes with a group of other people waiting to be helped and no one still came up to the host stand to help any of us. Then I went and sat at the bar and it still took another 10 mins to even be greeted. I ended up doing take out and the food was wrong then gave me someone else’s wings and the onion rings were burnt.I work in the food industry and am a server aswell so I understand certain circumstances, all around the service and food was terrible. This is the second time something along these lines has happened when coming here. It was definitely a waste of time and money. I will NOT be back!

I am a massive supporter of the Buffalo Wild Wings; when I travel, I love stopping in different locations all over the US. This location had terrible service, dirty bathrooms, uncleared tables, and an unpleasant smell. Myself and three friends waited to be seated, and after 10 minutes, no server ever came by to take our order. All the staff were on the phones and not attending to customers. It was the worst experience in Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever had.
