Whomever the female drive thru employee was working 12/12/25 around 6:30pm gave an exemplary display of food service excellence! Bravo! Incredibly efficient and friendly. Refreshing to experience and see, especially in the world we now live in. Even wished us a Merry Christmas if she didnt see us again. Love it! She deserves a hug and a raise!

Ridiculous!😡 I ordered, mozzarella sticks and fries and chickens nuggets but when my order came in they only gave me my chicken nuggets they didn’t gave me my mozzarella sticks nor my fries! Even though I payed for my meal. My kids were upset and we had to go to McDonald’s😤😤

I order my child a kids meal however I can not up the size the drink and pay the difference! Why? The child’s drink that comes with your meal is literally two sips and my child is then asking for more drink . This is the ONLY BK I have been to that does not allow you as the cashier said to upsize the drink and pay the difference. What a loss for them I will not be back! Horrible customer service ! Do better!!!!!!!

Mmm Always love a hot fudge Sunday but BK don’t have hot fudge but they do have Hershey’s syrup and it’s almost as good For $2.49 Pretty good deal on a hot day or a cold day

Best experience at a Burger King Drive-Thru ever. I was just there at July 11th 2025 at about 9:00 p.m. I don't go to Burger King often and the guy taking my order was polite enough to help me through the current specials and answer my questions politely. I can tell that the crew there that night work well together. They were flowing as I watch them while I wait for my food. My guy at the window was also very polite and was nice enough to answer my question about the rodeo Burger and even offered to still allow me to order it from the window. I got my food and my onion rings were hot . Rodeo Burger was just like I remembered it from way back when. I'm definitely going there again. The service is everything to me... just basic politeness, appreciating work, and pride in the work. They are holding it down for Burger King. I don't eat fast food often but I'm definitely coming back. Thanks again !
