Went here on New Years Day in drive thru. Sat there waiting to order for ten minutes with no line. Backed up, and drove forward three times and finally had someone answer. They forgot half of our food and drinks. I called the manager when I got home, she said she wrote my name down and next time our order would be free. We went again today, she said she didn't remember this interaction at all, but gave us our order for free. Tried my iced coffee when we got home, and it was awful. They either used bad dairy, or I don't know what they did, but this will be the last time we ever go to this location

They're mostly fine for lunch, but maybe dont say you're open if you're not. Their REAL hours seem to be 8am-9pm because if you try and order before or after, theres no response and they are basically closed. Change your hours and stop advertising the wrong ones.

Would be a good place for a fast food restaurant. The management of this location should be ashamed of this place. Don't go there if you want good service, or fast food. Sat in the drive thru for over 35 minutes, finally got up to window and no apology or anything. This place needs to looked at by the owners.

I got my meal after going inside as always for a to go order and actually got my food in about 7 minutes this time really freaking good for this location seriously. Plus they got the order right this time, good job y'all, keep up the good work.

So far every time I've gotten food on the App from here they are on point! The food is always fantastic. I usually order at night so idk about the other shifts. Please let them know this customer thinks they are great! The bad thing is the crazy old guy that pretty much pinned her up against drivethrough windows with his car tonight and then tried to tell her to get in his car. Then continued to try and fight the drive thru manager.

They open at 6am but never opens the inside til lunch! Had to go through the drive in and ordered a fully loaded breakfast croissant, and only got A bacon and cold cheese. I do not recommend this place at all definitely not for breakfast!

Line was so long waited forever I order the how to train your dragon meal and it came with the fudge Sunday and I paid for extra fudge and I called and see if I can go to the lobby door and they can hand it to me the guy told me that they were out of ice cream and than I asked if I can get a Hershey pie and he said he can’t give it to me because of inventory reason he just told me to get a refund from the app
