i haven’t had captain d’s in a while and i went here because i was in the area and the combo with fish, fries and a drink it says is $8.69 but i changed my mind i did not want a combo i just wanted 3 pieces of fish alone and she told me it was $10 and some change! which is ridiculous to me

Typical experience at a Captain D's. Food was as expected. Not great, but not terrible. Place was clean. The lady who took my order was great and cheerful despite being the only one who seemed to know what was going on. The kid who served me was clueless and couldn't have cared less. Food came out in a timely manner and was warm when served.

Don’t get in a hurry if you drive thru on the lunch hour. Understaffed due to woke staffing spending their time smoking and leaving the workload on one poor gal who couldn’t take a 1 minute break if she wanted to do so. Food is fine. Waiting 20 minutes in drive-thru line to get your order taken isn’t good.

Very short staffed that day, inside dining was closed due to staffing issues. All orders were through drive thru window, and it was some wait time involved. Even with all of that, I'm still rating 5 stars...food was hot and freshly cooked, the woman working drive thru was extremely apologetic and doing her absolute best to get everything moving as fast as possible.
I wanted go inside to order it was 9:10 pm and it said that Dining room close at 10:00 pm and The Doors was lock

Why not go ahead and close this store down. I’m tired of the door being locked. Never enough help and the restaurant has really ran down so much with the giant pot hole in the front and the fence in the back falling down!
It’s ridiculous to always have to guess when your going to be open or the Drive
Thru is open. The employee (i guess the cook) had to come out to the parking lot to talk with his buddy.
It’s gone down hill so much. The only hope was the manager (sweet lady). I wished I could remember her name but she was the only reason that store was descent.
