Why not go ahead and close this store down. I’m tired of the door being locked. Never enough help and the restaurant has really ran down so much with the giant pot hole in the front and the fence in the back falling down!
It’s ridiculous to always have to guess when your going to be open or the Drive
Thru is open. The employee (i guess the cook) had to come out to the parking lot to talk with his buddy.
It’s gone down hill so much. The only hope was the manager (sweet lady). I wished I could remember her name but she was the only reason that store was descent.

Large pieces of fish, ordered a four piece with Mac & cheese (too small), fried okra, and came with two perfectly fried hush puppies. Ordered lobster bites, delicious, for me and five butterfly shrimps for my two cats. The cheesecakes were a good size for the price, most places give you just a sliver. Good flavors though okra was a bit too salt. I will order again in the near future. Used Door Dash.

Door & online says they open at 10:30. It's 10:51 and the lights are off & no one taking orders Also there's a sign stating cash only on dt but card or cash inside, what's the difference on taking a card when you can.

It's nice to see they have inside dining again. The food was great! Hot & crispy just how I like it. (FYI, Could always use a little more crumbs) The girl at the counter was very pleasant. By the time we ordered and got to our seats. The food was right behind us. Overall, it was great! Love my Captain D's!

Our dining experience with Captain D’s on Innes Street Salisbury NC September 2nd was phenomenal. A fairly new employee by the name of Archie greeted my wife and I with a friendly smile just as soon as the door cracked open. Archie was professional from taking our orders, delivering our meals, offering and bringing condiments not seen on the table all the way through a kind sending off from Archie, Karen and staff while exiting the restaurant. I must say the ships bell rang loud and clear that day.
