I was disappointed they no longer offer a sweet red. Also, after doing some research, I come to find that they charge $42 for a $15 bottle of wine. I understand they gotta make a profit, however, that is ridiculous. I know how the restaurant industry works. If they buy it in bulk, they don't pay $15 per bottle, they pay less. I was unable to find a logical reason to have that much of a profit margin when the food is insanely expensive as it is. I actually really liked this place until I realized they charged me $42 for a $15 bottle of wine. 0 out of 10. Would NOT recommend.

Making our way back home to Jax, FL from our NC Thanksgiving vacation, we decided to take the back roads home. As we entered Salisbury, NC we decided to stop and find a place to eat. We parked and saw looked left and decided to check out what the outside menu. We eagerly said “Yes” and from the moment we walked thru the door, we were hooked. It’s exactly the decor, atmosphere, and vibe we both enjoy. The service was on point. The food excellent. We got to meet the newish owners Doreen & Rich and learn how they became the proprietors, and how they became NC by way of NJ. If you find yourself in or near Salisbury, NC we highly recommend you stop here.

I had an excellent Saturday night dinner here. The ribeye is absolutely to die for. They allowed me to sit on the patio with my dog. The service was excellent. I would recommend making reservations.

This was our first time here, and we loved it! The delicious French onion soup and small Caesar salad was a perfect lunch combination. Service was excellent, with a very friendly waitress. We were fortunate to meet the owner and have a lovely conversation with her. Can’t wait to come back!
My wife and I travel all over our great nation. We eat at many James Beard award winning restaurants. This place is as good as it gets. The culinary genius of the chef is amazing. The food is exemplary. I had the best Salmon dish I have ever had here. We highly recommend to eat at the bar to enjoy the trappings from an exemplary bartender and experience the aura of this fabulous resturent.
