This location is not a good location. Don't have a Chick-fil-A feel to it. It's always something they put the wrong people at the wrong spots and always makes my experience bad at this location. I've spared it plenty of times.

They will not give you the sauces you ask for with the food you get. I ask for 9 jelly and i got 6. I ask for an extra salsa thinking I had 1 in the bag and they did not give me one for my meal

I’m actually still stunned by how extremely rude the person in the drive through was this evening. Chic Fil A is known for their impeccable service. This location needs some work. My husband and I, and our 5 children went to get dinner, at the drive through, and as we pull up to order, there are three teenagers standing there, and the one who takes our order is named Cole. My husband is ordering, and we hear over the walkie-talkies someone say “placing a Starbucks order” to which Cole pauses taking our order and asks the girls “does anybody want anything from Starbucks”? The girls say no and Cole comes back to our order and says “it’s not worth it”. My husband goes to finish our order and Cole says “actually, hang on one second” and goes to hit his walkie talkie, I’m assuming to place his Starbucks order. We didn’t get a chance to hear what he wanted from Starbucks because my husband just said “no thanks man” and drove off. So incredibly rude and unprofessional.

This is the worst chick fil a you’ll ever go to and they don’t care. I was sitting in line it was very busy. The girls taking orders were conversing instead of focusing on moving the line along quickly breakfast was about to end so I placed a mobile order while in line. Finally I get to the girl and she tells me there is no more breakfast but I told her I have a mobile order she says well there is no more breakfast I’m like yes there is because I placed a mobile order. She says well there is no move then walks away toward the other girl and says something and makes a face she forgot those windows on that building reflect her name is Natalie. Then they both proceed to walk away and I’m like hold up what’s the resolution here and she said there is no more breakfast you’ll have to talk to them at the window and I said no I want to speak with your manager and she said you can talk to her at the window and I’m like no I want to talk to her now so she goes in with her attitude to get the manager. The manager proceeds to tell me that I need to get there 15 minutes before breakfast ends I said so you don’t still serve up until 10:30 she said well we do and I’m like ok then I placed my order at 10:28 so I don’t get it. And I told her about Natalie’s face and tone and yep she didn’t care. Anyway somehow the biscuit fairy came down and made my biscuit that they claim they didn’t have and I got my food. I had to wait on my gallon of sweet tea which was fine and a man brought that out. I asked if he was the owner he said no he was one of the managers and asked if I have had an issue and I said always. I said this is the worst chick fil an and then he said “ok well I hope you have a good day” what???? I can’t even help but laugh at that. So no one here cares they just run amuck.
