Salad needs to be fresh. I tried this location 3x’s… each time the lettuce was brown. And it did not taste fresh. Smh. The last time I ate here, I opened my drink and Found a long piece of black hair in it.. I’ll never eat here again.

Your MORNING staff specifically needs to be completely replaced. Everyone.
- brunette (the last two mornings) can’t speak up at all into the speaker to take my order, is slow and lacks manners.
- girl at the window is ok - seems bothered when you ask for anything and shouldn’t be in the window if she can’t even smile.
- im assuming the shift lead thinks it’s cute and they all seem to just be lazy. - jn her 30’s. I know her and not going to call her out by name but if a manager wants to message me I’ll happily state everyone’s names.
- And I consistently get a HALF cooked biscuit. Literal dough.
Waste of money;
Every other shift, fantastic service, kind and consistently great food.
But I’m ready to never go back.
I complained about the EXACT same staff a year ago, along with half of Rowan county on the same post.

Just love how they can hold up cars in drive throw going out blocking the raid and intersection but if I block a raid I get in trouble with the law
Asked for no pickles bag said no pickles, sandwich wrap said no pickeles but it had pickles always check before you leave the lot

Biscuit was okay, it’s as if they pre-wrapped it and it sat in a warmer for a while..the top and bottom of the biscuit just starting crumbling, the batter of the chicken just slipped off into pieces. Taste was overall fine.

Went last night. Food was cold. They had no soda because they ran out of CO2. They also said they couldn't make a milkshake due to not having cups. Running out of cups, CO2, and serving cold food are all management issues though. Employees were nice. Last time I went to this location it was nearly a year ago and we threw all our food away because it was burnt.

I placed an order for a number 1 meal; they fries was cold and the bun was hard and luke warm. I was very disappointed because I was expecting hot and fresh food from chick fil-a. I couldn't turn around because I was headed to work and had to drive 45 minutes to get there.

They dont stock ketchup in lobby forgot our icecream waiter brought our food and ask if we needed any condaments and we said yea ketchup she said ok never came back forgot our rach with salad forgot the chip and stuff with salad and felt like we waa being interigated to get our stuff i got them the recepit and told them we are in the dineing room if they need to search us lol this willcbe my 1st and last vist in salisbury chick fil a
