This location has fallen off badly. I visited frequently until a few months ago. Decided to try again. Same old money wasted! The fries are always cold and mushy now. Nuggets gave an old grease taste, YUCK! The staff act as if asking for sauce or crackers for the salad is a huge inconvenience, especially when you tell the person taking the order, get to the window to find out they ignore the customers request. The “my pleasure” gesture has long gone here. The young staff members are not very welcoming and seem like they hate their job, rushing you out. Traffic is a whole issue by itself. It’s gone downhill!

This chicfila has fell off bad. What recently cut the cake is that the oil lately specifically for kids meal chicken nuggets has been awful. I started eating the nuggets my kid wasn’t eating and they tasted burnt. Today was the THIRD time I told them about it and I’ve had it fixed in the past(well just switched to grilled chicken or Mac and cheese). Who wants to wait around for them to change their oil and refry everything? Why are they not changing their oil? It tastes and smells burnt. Please do better! So if your kid isn’t eating their chicken nuggets it probably taste like burnt oil!

Had a great experience this is the 2nd visit to this location. Had a manager Michael Boiling and the gentleman that took my order Tom, I believe he was new come by while cleaning the dining room and ask me if they could get me anything else. At that point I was able out of drink so they gladly took my cup and got me a refill. Also made an effort when I went to take my tray the manager met me 1/2 way and took it for me. Definitely beyond standard service, I would highly recommend this establish and its employees.

Staff were friendly enough but seemed a little confused and chaotic. Only 1 of 3 kids meals had a toy. When I asked they said they were out of toys. Fair enough, but failed to mention the option of a kids ice cream I'm lieu of the toy. Also only gave 1 dressing packet with a full size market salad. Had to pay for an extra. Could use some improvement.

We ordered a DoorDash order and everything was clearly stated on the ticket, but several items were left off and we tried to call the store several times and cannot get through. The number is disconnected. We want the items. This is an update to my previous post. This happened a second time same thing soup was left out of the order. 3/5/25 11AM. This was not DoorDash’s fault. This was clearly the store’s fault.
