I couldn't eat this food, the food was too salty!! Inedible salty! My husband and I ordered two burritos bowls and both of them are inedibly salty. Everything is salty, even the brown rice. I tried to eat 1/3 of it since I felt Bad for the money I spent but then I'm too worried for my health in term of sodium level I'm consuming I had to throw them in the trash!

I ordered a salad with double honey chicken, veggies, cheese, corn salsa and vinaigrette. I got no chicken, no veggies and no dressing. When they get it right its SO good but more often than not they mess up. Ridiculous.

This place is absolutely ridiculous.I ordered 2 - 3 packs of tacos which would equal 6 tacos? They sent me 2 and the 2 they sent me didn't even have half of what I ordered on it. In what world would an order that cost over forty dollars only include two tacos. Then you can't even call the store.Because they have an automated system, so they know it doesn't matter if they mess your order up. No fajita veggies on my, two tacos that I did get. I will never spend another dime at this place.

Place was gross. Food on floor. Hadn’t been swept in hours. Not one table was clean. Trash over flowing. 4 people there. No one in line. One chick doing scratch off lotto tickets at register. Disgusting.

The customer service great but the overall cleanliness of the serving area and kitchen needs order and structure. At least there was enough workers and moving the line along.

Absolutely filthy, food was everywhere, smeared and laying all around their work station. Tables were not clean and the place was dead, the employees didn’t clean or do anything during that free time. There were messes everywhere, someone needs to do something about it, felt disgusting. I’ve been in many chipotles, the one in Times Square NYC was better than this! CLEAN UP! Yuck!
At least 5 people on duty. Three working, one standing and waiting for their next customer and one hiding behind the take out prep area playing on a cell phone. Every table dirty (we wiped down our own). The trash barrels were also overflowing. We told the manager on duty about it as we were walking out but sure he cared to know. Not sure why they chose to run the restaurant this way but it’s a shame because otherwise like the food.

I went here wednesday and the food and customer service was amazing! They were all super duper friendly and the food was delicious. Shoutout to the chef Jeffrey he was really kind to me and gave me extra chicken. He also recommended me a lot of things to try. Everyone should definitely go here!

Love Chipotle! The huge burritos are made with fresh and tasty ingredients. The different meats and veggies are always delicious! Also the chips and salsa are some of the BEST! I like the fact you can order chips and salsa as a separate item because many local Mexican places don't have that option when using a service like Doordash. Prices are reasonable. 5 Well Earned Stars! 💖😁👍
I didn't eat it looked so nasty. Garbage cans were running over both inside and outside. Kids behind counter had hair hanging in their faces. No one was working, just standing around. The restroom was worse! No tissue and the toilet had pink slime and mold growing in it. Just Don't go!!!
