I eat here all the time, its normally well prepped, clean, and friendly. Delicious as well!

Today June 3rd, around 10:20pm, i went in with my gf. the staff (all guys) barely even said hello

Ingredients missing from the line(pico, corn salsa, and sofritas[vegan gf!]).they didnt even put beans in one of my orders when i asked(2 total), and didnt have any spoons or forks ready

How hard is spoons to restock?!?

Most of the staff this night were younger, probably ultra lazy, guys. Normally there are some girls among the staff, and everything is great then, so im blaming the laziness of these young men.

My son and I just visited your location above and was not met with the welcoming customer service we are used to experiencing during our visits. Instead we were met with a female teammate who appeared to be experiencing a bad day in general. We ordered a kids quesadilla to which we were trying to get grilled veggies. She immediately proceeded with what was not possible and what she could not do. I alerted her that I had ordered this same meal many times prior and she basically shut me down and said that she was not going to argue with me. We presumed it was over but the colleague next to her adopted the same poor attitude which stemmed primarily from the first teammate. When asked how many sides the kids meal came with she said I don’t know walked away only to return a few minutes later to continue fixing our order.
Overall you guys are our local Chipotle and we value your business enough to visit it as often as possible for our dining needs. This was not Chipotle’s best today and that was very saddening. To have a teammate represent the company in that manner was a little disappointing since I know that this was not the best representation that we have come to experience in times past. I certainly wish to partner with leadership to discuss further as I will be honest if my babies did not love the food I would have taken my business elsewhere and going forward. The cashier did her best after witnessing the engagement to try and start to turn the experience around and for that i am certainly grateful. To spend money in your store or any store for that manner and watch poor customer engagement and culture be impacted because of one teammates inability to exercise emotional intelligence was very scary especially in a climate to which our current worlds is in.

This chipotle is so close to being great. All they need to do is just cook their rice longer for the fluffiness and not have the rice be crunchy, perfection.

Eating here now. Absolutely the worst employee work ethic i have ever seen. One guy manning the whole counter while a girl stands there at the register waiting to ring up the orders. One guy literally quits basically. They cook more brown rice instead of white when they needed brown. They literally just started telling people they are taking online orders only. Owner and managers should be absolutely ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES. Horrible employees. Half are outside jumping a car.

Five employees on duty. Every table in empty dining room was dirty with food scraps. While in line I offered to clean them if they would give me a rag with cleaning material. My help was declined. Still no one came to clean the tables. We cleaned our own table. It makes me wonder about the food cleanliness.😳

I’m given y’all a low rating because there’s no way your delivery food should have small portions it should have the same amount it has when you go in-person. Food was cold and small portions was my only issues. I’ve ordered online or through the app before it doesn’t matter, customers should receive the same respect for their food just like they do in person.

Went at 10:05 p.m., and there was a sign posted that they were out of cheese, guacamole, and salsa. How do you run out of cheese at a burrito restaurant?

I dine at this location option and have never had much a problem other than the stuff not being friendly. I picked up on my lunch break and got home to eat my meal and couldn’t because the rice was so salty. Went back and they remade the order with no problem. I switch the type of rice and it was still very salty once I got back home. I don’t have to bring my bowl back for a 2nd time but I do hate I waisted my money today.

First impression walking in , looks like no one has took the time to clean the dinning tables . Food on the tables , trash on the floor . Absolutely gross . Next food, I had ordered a chicken bowl with white rice . As I went to my car to try the food . The rice was absolutely disgusting. Rice was very mushy and some grains of rice weren’t even cooked as they were hard as a rock . Rice taste like straight up limes and salt . Absolutely worst place ever . Went back for a refund . Lady was very understanding and gave us the refund . Saw another customer and he said that the same thing was wrong with his rice . Very disappointed!

American work ethic is dying and this place is an example of it. As I see other reviews other online orders were missing toppings. Mine was missing 5. I am sure more online orders are having the same experience but not all customers care to leave a review. Someone is obviously not doing their job. Identify and get rid of that person or hold the manager accountable.

I just had the worst chicken bowl from this chipotle. The chicken was cold, and the rice was crunchy and stuck together. I don't know what happened this visit because it's usually good. I don't think I will be going back.

Salisbury Chipotle is very hit or miss. Theres been plenty of times ive been and the rice is crunchy, more than half of the soda options are unavailable, tea is empty, no silverware, or filthy floors.

I enjoy chipotle alot but sometimes this location really disappoints your normal chipotle expectations.

When its good its good, when its bad its really bad.

Took over 30 minutes longer than projected pickup window, and they were “out of guacamole” so we didn’t receive any for two meals (we paid for guac to be added to both). Multiple other parts of our meal were missing as well and we had to go back in to get them replaced. Truly awful experience.
