I’ve been going here since this place opened and I’ve always been happy with the food quality. Only a couple of times have I had a complaint. But this time I was so disappointed. The food was not good at all. I got a chicken bean and rice bowl. When I first came in the guy who recognized me said I’ll be with you in a moment and then he said just to let you know we don’t have any more brown rice we are out. It was 6:30 at night so unless they ran out from the truck that day they could have made more with having hours left on the shift. The food was not hot beans were runny needless to say I won’t be going back. Seems like this new crew of employees and management need fixing. Very unhappy customer

Holy cow! We have severe gluten and dairy allergies. The staff not only washed up to their elbows, they also made sure the entire area was cleaned, no cross in the food with cheese and put our bowls on the paper bag so it didn’t touch the surface for any cross contamination!! On New Year’s Eve none the less!!! I know they were probably counting down the2 hours to closing, I know I would be. We are moving tomorrow and have been packing all day. The staff there was such a blessing! They cared enough to make sure our 11 hour drive tomorrow will be safe. THANK YOU! I highly recommend them!!!!

Lines are filthy, employees don’t clean when there is down time. Just stand around and chit-chat.
Employees standing around eating chick fil a and on their phones in the prep area. No hand washing after touching their phones/before prepping food.
If this is all in plain view I wonder what happens when nobody is watching.

Ordered a steak bowl, and there was zero steak. $16.00 After hour drive home and called back to the store. Manager was telling me that there was nothing else he could do unless I was willing to drive back to the store. No refund or discount back to my card. Just nothing. No I'm sorry nothing. Will never return to this location. It was filthy the floors were gummy, all tables dirty. Kitchen area was not clean.

The Bathroom was disgusting with no paper towels to dry you hands (appetite now lost). We ordered a burrito bowl with extra steak ($5.60 upcharge). The steak tasted like it was left over from the night before.

Extremely bland food & poor quality. The Roasted chili corn salsa didn’t have any peppers, onions, lime, or cilantro. The white rice didn’t have any seasoning, not even lime. Lastly, the chicken was gristle throughout the entire bowl.
I have been a Chipotle lover for nearly a decade, and they have lost my business permanently because of their sore incompetencies here. This place consistently gets delivery orders wrong - shorting on things I ordered, or delivering through-and-through brown guacamole that's really inedible. Just now, their cilantro lime rice didn't have any cilantro in it, and although I paid for guac, they didn't provide it nor refund the charge. Just had to drive there to get it, and they said they hadn't made it yet so I guess they figured I'd donate, in short.

I visited Chipotle yesterday and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The line moved quickly, the restaurant was clean, and the ingredients were fresh and perfectly prepared. My order was made just the way I like it, and everything tasted amazing—flavorful, hot, and satisfying. I’ve been to several Chipotle locations, but this one consistently stands out thanks to the great staff, especially Andrew, who always keeps things running smoothly. Overall, excellent service and delicious food—I’ll definitely be returning soon

The employees are very welcoming as soon as you walk in. Everything was clean and fresh!! The service was very good and they make sure to give you a good portion of food. They are quick and easy! Will definitely be coming back.
