Visited there tonight, bought a really big tub of coffee ice cream with chocolate Shavings. The young man who waited on me, put the extra into a little cup for me as well in my bag. I had a really bad day it and the little extra made it better. Great customer service.

Usually these places are really easy going but we walked in at 929 and the young lady flat refused service and then the 3 young kids behind were clearly happy they didn’t have to work. Not cool at all!!!

I am a person this usually order here often . Sometimes placing ann online order . Well today I placed an online order and my ice cream was literally melted and toppings were just there . It usually is a five star experience but I think it’s kind of ridiculous that the ice cream was completely melted considering they had it ready before the actual pickup time.
