Decided to give them another try. Food was nasty. Our waitress said they were out of have the stuff we were ordering. Got our pancakes and asked for syrup and she said they were out. Ask to speak manager and she comes to the table with attitude. But, mysteriously finds syrup. But, by this time it had been10 minutes. Food was cold and she didn’t care. Very poor service!

The meatloaf and stewed apples were good. The hash brown casserole was a very small portion and seemed to be the last of what they had. They appeared to be understaffed on servers. My server was nice and attentive, but seemed to need extra help. The onion petals were over cooked and too hard to eat. The store looked great and there were a lot of good sales.

This has always been my favorite cracker barrel. I've never had a bad experience here. Even when it's busy. The service is always great and the food never disappoints! It's always an enjoyable dining experience and I'd absolutely recommend coming here.
