This has always been my favorite cracker barrel. I've never had a bad experience here. Even when it's busy. The service is always great and the food never disappoints! It's always an enjoyable dining experience and I'd absolutely recommend coming here.

Service was amazing. My server Destiny was very attentive and my drink was never empty. The managers Jakein and Samantha made it a mission to make themselves known and make sure all of there guests were receiving the best service possible. When they learned it was my first visit to a Cracker Barrel they made sure my first visit was memorable. I will be back soon, Thanks!

The service was wonderful and the manager was present in the dining room and very polite and talkative. Food came out quicker than I expected and was nice and hot. Great experience for families and people just looks to eat alone.

I ate dinner there though I would give them another chance. I had the chicken fried chicken well they had no more mashed potatoes and this was about 5:30 pm my corn muffins was hard as a rock and pinto beans were dry and the ham in them was hard as a rock I ask for the manager to come see it he just had a smirk like smile on his face and said he was sorry. I did leave a nice tip even though I didn’t get a tea refill but I won’t be back

The take home dinner is not worth it. Very small portion.
Our meals were ok but we were almost finished eating when we finally got our biscuits. Other tables got their orders taken before us & they had come in 10 minutes or longer after us.
Service could definitely be improved. Our drinks were only refilled once when we were about finished. We were not offered coffee at the end like usual. I asked for a cup & never got it. The only friendly person in the whole place was the girl asking how many in our party. There were only 2. They didn't want to give us a bag to put our left overs in. The server didn't ask if we wanted a take home cup.
The prices have also really increased for mediocre food & poor service.

Sorry to say but the last few times we have gone to the Salisbury Cracker Barrel it has not been good! Wondered why it was not very busy. Tonight the fried food tasted like it was cooked in old burned oil the biscuits were rock hard and I could not eat it so I told the waitress and she acted like there was nothing she could do about it so I spoke with the manager and told her I was not going to pay for it and she agreed. When I got my bill she took the fried food off but charged me $2.99 for a little bowl of apples that came with the meal. The whole dinner was a disaster so you would think she would have refunded the whole meal. It’s okay problem solved I won’t be returning to this location

Ordered 2 meals that came with 2 sides. Was charged for the sides from the possible sides list. Asked why the charge was told they were premium sides that we ordered. Was not informed of this by the server when we ordered them and that charge was not on the menu that we saw. In addition they were premium because of the extra ingredients for example a baked potato with cheese, sourcream and bacon was premium. Well they were out of bacon along with several other items so not fully premium. I asked to speak to the manager and was told the manager was busy cooking on the grill and could not speak to us. Also if you don't like onions don't eat there because the majority of the menu has onions which they cannot remove. Lastly the food was mediocre at best. The strip steak was tough and everything was pretty tasteless. We will not eat there again.

It was good
I got the Louisiana shrimp skillet and broccoli.
The shrimp was a bit spicy yet very tasty.
The broccoli looked a bit undercooked, but did not taste that way, it was nice and perfectly cooked.
The rice though,imediate no.
No offense, but the toast I got with it was horrible.
The biscuits however, are absolutely amazing, 5 star biscuits.
The Service was alright not bad, but doesn’t stand out.
Obviously, the atmosphere was amazing, it’s Cracker Barrel of course it’ll have amazing atmosphere.

Our server was nice but disappeared doing closing duties (we assume- it was 7-730pm) and we had to wait about 10-15 minutes to get our check and tea refills. Other then that things were great as always

4/5 stars because the host dis not change her waiter plans to accommodate my husband in a foot cast with a close table. Every step was exhausting. We asked for the closest table and she refused

So glad this store hasn't gone all Chip and Joanna Gaines White shiplap everywhere. I am here for breakfast at 2:00 in the afternoon because I was up until 5:00 in the morning, I need it dark. I need it cave like.

Probably the worst chicken tenders ever. Dried out and rubbery. Waitress (Catherine?) spent more time talking to another customer that had finished eating instead of us. Should have been a clue that it was easy to get seats at 1:30. Will not go back.
