Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

We had dinner at the Salisbury, NC Cracker Barrel on the evening of April 4. Our waiter was a young man, who was excellent. Unfortunately I did not get his name but he was very attendant and too our orders promptly. He responded quickly to our requests. He would be an excellent role model for the other servers to follow.

I'm less than satisfied. Something has changed and it seems they don't care anymore ! So I think I'm done with cracker barrel! Either they have a new cook or the one they had now has stopped caring.

My finance and I went there for dinner date. From time we walked in til we left, service was awful. We got sat at table that we could not get into bc of the tables and chairs being so close to others. Then she took our drink order and meal order. She bought our drinks after waiting almost 10 minutes for them. Then she bought our food out and my finance was eating and I was too and it was cold food, and not done. He and I couldn't eat we only ate our appetizer. We told the server and with an attitude she said what do you want me to do about it. I said I want our meals replaced. However she took them off but we had nothing to eat for dinner. Then when we checked out the lady didn't even care about our bad service. There is no reason for this. I will not be back there for a very long time. Later that night when I got home I was up all night sick bc of the bad food. Cooks need to make sure the food is hot and severs need to check it as well and check their nasty attitudes. She also let our glasses get empty and didn't even refill them. Bad bad bad service and it sucked. Something needs to be done.

Our waitress was Victoria. She was efficient and very polite. We did not wait long for our food. Everything good and hot when served.

Very friendly people, you feel like you are at home. It is very nice, clean and with delicious seasoning and the treatment is the best. I recommend them.

My husband and I went for dinner Sunday 03/23 and our server Natalie was so very sweet. We enjoyed our dinner very much! We will be back with the kids soon.

The service and food was good. The only issue we had was our biscuits were a little doughy in the middle. They weren’t cooked all the way.
Also, when we checked out, we put a tip, and when I got home, my receipt showed no tip. Just wanna make sure that the system at the checkout counters are working properly.

I probably will not be going back to any Cracker Barrel ever again. You no longer get biscuits with your meal unless you specifically request them. When we did request them the waitress brought out 3 black burnt biscuits and said that was the last 3 they had and this was at 630 pm. From now on I'll go to a resturant that actually knows how to serve customers.

i want to know when is the Salisbury, NC going to be remodeled, like concord and Kannapolis stores.

Parking: CB 0625, Salisbury, NC.

Wheelchair accessibility: not enough handicap ,parking i had to, park around the corner. also front door are hard to open wheel, chair access is horrible

GIVING UP on green beans. For DECADES that was my favorite vegetable. I would often double up & get 2 orders. Now they taste like canned ones from the grocery store. SO disappointing. No more. Now this evening, both the mashed potatoes & biscuits were barely warm. Couldn't even melt butter. Restaurant was mostly empty, so it looks like others have been having issues, too. Earlier this winter the heat was broken. OK. That can happen. Then we went back a couple weeks later, it was still broken. So, let's sit near the fireplace instead. NOO. It's been "broken" for months now. Seriously?? A wood fireplace irreversibly "broken"?? Such a shame to ruin what used to be a favorite place to eat. Something bad wrong there.
