I just drove from San Diego to Durham last week. I decided to try the more famous burgers along the way. In n Out, Whataburger, Shake shack, Culver's. I grew up in CA so to me the double double had been top dog. After this trip I honestly think the In n Out came in third. Culver's was the best fast food burger I had ever eaten. Whataburger was second.

They gave my dog a pup cup, very appreciated by myself as well as puppy Luna.

First time at a Culver’s today. Won’t be back.
At first I thought I mistakenly received a single burger, but turns out their burgers are just that thin and flat. It was also missing a topping.
The malt had quite a few undissolved bits and was far too creamy for me. It was like drinking heavy cream with added thickeners and sugar.
Cheese curds were ok. Definitely ultra processed cheese.
Not worth $30 for 2 people 🤷🏻♀️

I would normally give Culver’s a five star rating because I really love it. However the past two times I’ve picked up takeout, my food has been stone cold. If these burgers are fresh cooked, you could have fooled me! I live only two miles away, so hot food wouldn’t have time to get cold. I’m really disappointed.
This location is good but could be better. The food is not consistently hot, overall I would eat there again.

For a fast food restaurant, excellent burgers and excellent grilled chicken sandwiches. Wonderful service, quick and polite. Very reasonably priced.Seating area very clean.Plenty of parking and even a fenced in pet area, restrooms for pets.Also, a ‘Tesla’ twelve unit recharging station.
