I love this place. We always come here to enjoy a cookie dough blizzard, M&M blizzard and we also love banana split Sunday with everything it’s delicious 😋

It’s ridiculous that this location doesn’t have to abide by the menu they put on their website. They never have the new blizzards. I only wanted the Reese pieces cookie dough blizzard but they said they don’t have it? Apparently out of pieces so I asked for it but sub for Reese cups. She charged me for the peanut butter and cookie dough that comes standard in the blizzard! Then my friend asked for the same thing as me but his was completely different looking. His looked amazing and mine looked like vanilla ice cream with some Reese cup remnants. I asked why they’re different when it should be the same thing and the girl with an attitude told me it’s because two different people made them. His even tasted so much better. They also now charge for credit cards and have other rules up front. It’s disgraceful that they can do their own thing and not stick with what corporate does.

Young girl working was rude when I asked about blizzard cup size....I ordered largest large unaware this is called the HUGE size. Also it's a good thing I didn't get the HUGE size bc my chocolate chip cookie dough blizzard was missing the fudge which the description of this clearly states fudge.....This is the wording on app menu "This treat is a Fan favorite for a reason. Delicious chocolate chip cookie dough mixed with our classic, world-famous DQ® soft serve and fudge make for a home-run flavor combo. We would never play favorites ourselves, but this treat is actually perfect." ....... I guess I should have told the girl exactly what was in my blizzard bc why should she know she only works there????? I should have ordered the biggest blizzard size available and confirmed that I was using correct dairy queen terminology as in "HUGE" and said Chocolate chip cookie dough vanilla soft serve and don't forget the fudge that is included. If I had done this maybe she would have skipped the rude attitude lip and gotten the correct blizzard flavor. Oh well, now I know!! 🙄

One of them made a smart remark and said, "Well, now you know," when I mentioned that I didn't know they couldn't remake my ice cream without me buying another one. Their attitude was really off-putting, and I'm very unhappy with the service I received.

I ordered a medium blizzard and it was only 3/4 full!! I asked why it wasn't up to the top of the cup and the employee said, "It's just the way it comes out." What??? It only "comes out" that way when you don't put enough ice cream in the cup!! It's not rocket science!! Maybe they're doing it purposely to save money!!?!! Buyer beware!!

Everyti.e I've ever got ice cream from here I Love it besides the last time but to be far I got pumkin pie and it was just that pumkin pie stuff no sweetner,I personally like pumpkin spice...very different! Anyway it's always fast service and pretty good ice cream.

the blizzards were good, although the exchange policy is a bit unfair. I don’t know any stores that don’t offer at least exchanges; not giving total refunds is understandable.
