2nd time I’ve been to this location and same result… nothing but melted into a milkshake and very little items inside the shake…. Next time I’ll just go to the one on Innes

Great place for a cool treat

So good. My favorite place. The blizzard is my favorite.

I came this past Sunday evening and had the most pleasant experience with this sweet little lady she said she was new and she was very nice and very kind and did a very great job way to go Aniah keep up the good work and keep that genuine beautiful charisma about yourself

I stop by when I’m in town visiting family. Only one that has butterscotch dipped anymore. Sometimes service can be hit or miss depending on the person.

Service was great. Location leaves a lot to be desired. The inside was also set up oddly. They lacked any good options for people who are dairy free.

Dietary restrictions: They offer one nondairy option which was a prepackaged coconut ice cream bar covered with thin chocolate. It was tasteless and nearly too hard to eat. 2/10.

So I send my son to get dairy queen for the family . Let me just say waste of money . We ordered a hot fudge sundae , blizzard, banana split , and 2 other blizzards needless to say they failed to even put on top on the sundae or the banana split it was a complete disaster as it melted everywhere including all over my sons clothes and car. The blizzards weren't even cold if I wanted a shake I would have ordered a milkshake . Blizzards are more frozen . To top it all off no spoons were given no napkins a complete disaster. I called the store no apology at all. They didn't even bag the order to go. They could have asked for here or to go. Complete DISASTER

Those girls were rude beyond words could say. Ordered our ice cream then asked about sitting to eat then within 3 minutes girl employee came around and told us to leave because they were closed.

Great fast service. Ice cream only store. No restroom.

Whoever was working the counter this night needs to run the place! This is the first time someone with personality and business sense has worked there in a long time!!! Seriously, if you own this place you need to fire everyone and start over. The young lady on this night was on point, had a great personality and the ice cream even seemed better!

Food is okay. Ice cream is consistent, but imperfect like many other places.

We had actually came back twice because the first evening they only had chocolate ice cream the second night they could only except cash. Was kinda frustrating

The most unprofessional place in salisbury. Every single time I come here the staff is RUDE! like laughing at a 4 year old for wanting a simple cup of vanilla ice cream. Will not be here ever again! Great ice cream but terrible service.

Nice little ice cream shop with various flavors for everyone's taste.
