I order several pizzas and 4 32 pieces of bites. It was a large order, was feeding several teenagers. This was for delivery. Was missing 2 orders of 32 piece bites. Called store just to let them know! I was not mad at all at first literally understand mistakes happen! I just wanted a credit back for missing items and manager told me to not order large orders during his lunch rush again. That my order set his lunch rush back. This comment made me upset that he tried to say my order is his reason for his incompetence to do his job properly. His name is Nick. Mind you I spent $114 and gave a $20 tip on app as well as cash at door! He was rude for no reason, I understand large orders are frustrating, but that means that I can’t place the order because it is too large. So large orders I guess go to Pizza Hut or papa John’s!

I’ve received the wrong order TWO different times back to back. My first order was made incorrectly. The ticket says no Alfredo and they used Alfredo only. I wanted tomato sauce. The next time I ordered they left my drink out.

This dominos used to always make great pizzas and now its just terrible. Pizzas are always thrown together and not made as requested. The last few pizzas I ordered were made wrong and customer service sucks!!

Made a delivery order at 12.08 pm, was told it would be delivered in 14-19 minutes. About 25 minutes later I look at the delivery status and is says it it just being made. So, new delivery time was anywhere from 1.08 pm to 1.38 pm, which is unacceptable because my lunch starts at 12.30 and goes until 1.00pm. So I called store and was told I could get a refund after 5pm because they can not do refunds without a GM being there. I went to the store to get a refund and the lady told me that they do not even deliver to the address I have used MANY times. She finally gave me my money back and proceeded to tell me they were backed up because they had a 30 pizza order come in. This will be my last time dealing with this Dominoes pizza.

Taliyah is such a sweetheart and an EXCELLENT delivery driver! if I could I’d give her 20 stars! She was fast, the food was hot and delicious, and all of my toppings were there! I had stopped ordering Dominos a few years ago because of a major food quality issue at a different location in a different county, but this location hasn’t failed me yet & I hope the great service and food continue! The dominoes delivery driver was asing for a tip which i did not have to give do to the fact that i have a funeral to pay for I don't have any extra money to give at the moment You don't know what people have going on in life.The customer not obligated to give a tip either way so me and my wife really don't appreciate that type of behavior from such an established franchise such as dominoes!please never send that driver back to my residence ever again!! the food is awesome I gave a 1 star because I didn't have the option to rate the driver

Best Dominoes I’ve had in a while. Went for the any pizza 9.99 deal. It was hot, fast and delicious!
Ordered online, and I guess they have stupid drivers and management. They delivered my order to the wrong house I called them and all they kept saying was it was delivered. OBVIOUSLY NOT IF I HAVENT GOT MY FOOD! We had to go walking to find our food sitting on someone’s front porch. They didn’t care no one bit. I will never order from here again. At least get staff with reading comprehension or common sense , because it shouldn’t be hard to read numbers on a mailbox.
