Manager was rude on phone and when I asked a question he would just sit on phone not saying anything. My pizza cwme with no cheese and the meat was just on two pieces really and other mostly sauce. I order 2 pizzas and cheese bread. One pizza had no cheese. I just wanted to remake onlybone of two pizza. Came to store to show him the pizza cause he wouldn't respond on the phone at all. Show him the pizza and on the phone he said he made it... before I came to location. Manger would not give any number to call for customer Complaint or district number. He was rude and inside store was not clean. Location in salisbury,NC on Avalon st. Im not from this area but I will not return and I will let my Social media followers and my group know how I was treated and how the pizza looked when delivery. I have photos and now if he offered to replace my pizza.I would not accept and I dony trust him . Horrible customer service i wouldn't give 1 star but a -0 star. Worst experience of my life so far and I'm 47. He gave me his name and zi dont thinkthats real he had no name tag on which he suppose to. I work in management and it doesn't go like this.

I ordered 2 pizzas for delivery from this Dominos. Initially our order was delivered to the wrong address, at no fault to the driver. We called the store and explained the situation to which they stated that the delivery driver would be re-routed to our home address. Once the order was delivered to our home, the driver dropped the pizzas and picked them up and opened the boxes to look inside before handing me the meal. Again, no fault to the driver, she was very kind! I went inside and looked at the pizzas and found that one of them was completely wrong. I then decided to take the pizzas to the store and request that they remake the food. One of the employees I spoke with stated that he cannot remake both pizzas because only one of them is correct. I told him that I understand that, however, the pizzas were dropped AND are no longer hot, but he insisted that he can only remake one of the pizzas. I reluctantly agreed and went back to my car, after speaking with my wife, we decided that we just wanted a full refund. I went back inside and spoke with a manager who told me that she cannot give me a refund because the delivery driver had already been “checked out”, she explicitly stated that her District Manager is the only one who can do that. A statement that I know to be untrue. She finally stated that the district manager has to send my information to their IT guy so that he can process my refund.
A 35 minute delivery order turned into an hour and fifteen minute escapade and I am truly displeased and unsatisfied with the customer service at this location.

This has been one of the best locations I’ve ordered from. Not sure when y’all order, but my food has always been correct and hot; on top of my family members food as well. Now if I ever run into an issue, I’ll update this.

We go to dominos once a week normally and never have any issues. We ordered a to go order online and the workers were extremely rude the entire time. Then made us pay extra for sauce to just say they didn’t have any and said have a nice day. Never offered to give a different sauce nor to give the money back. Which is extremely upsetting considering the amount of money we spend at dominos a week.
