I will say they greeted my properly. However service was terrible. My food was cold and not presentable. I feel like they did not give me the correct amount of bacon. It was so bad I really wanted a refund but just didn't not have time to go back though the hassle. You can see the time stamp on my receipt and what time I'm taking these photos.

I only go through the drive thu for orders but this location has been far better than the one closer to my home. I go out of my way to go here because the staff is always friendly and my order is almost always right. I've definitely had a few issues with the wait time and food being on the wrong bread (Examples: ordered a wrap and got a croissant, ordered a croissant and got a biscut) over the years but I understand it can get very busy and things get mixed up. I do wish (for them) that they got better training. I've been told multiple times that the staff is not trained very well and I hate that for them. Definitely still my go to coffee place!

Giving this 3 stars because I rarely have issues. But my iced latte today is literal milk. I don’t even see how there could be espresso in this. I paid almost $6 and it tastes like straight up milk and sugar. I don’t understand why drinks are different every single time I go here when I order the same thing.

Slowest drive thru ever. Coffee was not fresh and full of grinds.
We waited almost 15 minutes in the drive through only to arrive at the window and be told "uh we don't have any bagels or croissants" "They're cooking" at 10;30am. Oh and it was a pickup order we had placed before we even arrived. 30 minute wait before they even started making the food? Literally anybody could do better than that. Now we're still waiting but they moved us out of the driveway

So went here at 330 to get a breakfast wrap and was told they were closing at 5 they weren't fixing anything but if I'm not mistaken they microwave these and the Dunkin on Jake Alexander said the same do you don't close till 5 that's 2 hours

They will mess up your order and shut off their phone line. You cannot call them, it goes straight to voicemail, like a personal phone. This location is NOT reliable OR customer oriented. They do not care about you, you will get - and accept what they serve you, especially if it's wrong. The location on Jake Alexander is top notch & clean and they will FIX anything with smile & best of all - they answer their phone. Run to Jake instead. OH. & THEIR PRICES ARE LOWER!!!

Overall a very good Dunkin' Donuts. My only issue with the entire place is it's parking lot it gets a little bit claustrophobic and sometimes people will stop and block your path because they're confused as to where the drive-thru line is. But everything for the most part is really good.
