I only go through the drive thu for orders but this location has been far better than the one closer to my home. I go out of my way to go here because the staff is always friendly and my order is almost always right. I've definitely had a few issues with the wait time and food being on the wrong bread (Examples: ordered a wrap and got a croissant, ordered a croissant and got a biscut) over the years but I understand it can get very busy and things get mixed up. I do wish...

Giving this 3 stars because I rarely have issues. But my iced latte today is literal milk. I don’t even see how there could be espresso in this. I paid almost $6 and it tastes like straight up milk and sugar. I don’t understand why drinks are different every single time I go here when I order the same thing.

So went here at 330 to get a breakfast wrap and was told they were closing at 5 they weren't fixing anything but if I'm not mistaken they microwave these and the Dunkin on Jake Alexander said the same do you don't close till 5 that's 2 hours
