Bagel was hard and too chewy - almost old. Out of muffins and croissants by 11:30. Only thing good was coffee.

Dunkin'... more like dumpin'. The line was so slow. The line was backed up many cars back. We were in the line for 30 minutes. The hashbrowns were nasty, and it took so long to make it that it seemed like they went to Idaho to get the potatoes. Don't get in line if you're on a time crunch. I got in line, and once we got through line, I about had to shave. Look. I understand you are busy at breakfast time, but prepare. If you want a donut, drive about 15 minutes away to Krispy Kreme. If you want coffee, go to Starbucks. If you want to grow old, go to this Dunkin'.

went there and got the $6 meal, pretty much I was the only one there... drive-thru and parking empty, I was curious if they had like the frappe mocha milkshake stuff but they didn't, I had to wait for about 10 minutes while literally being the only one, finally they came to the speaker, and when I asked what did they have after asking for the milkshake mocha, pretty much just said mocha and not mocha...
The person at the drive-thru was EXTREMELY RUDE!!!
on his phone the whole time, so so slow! waited for 15 minutes just for the rest of the meal, watched someone else pull in and sit at the speaker while he was on his phone and didn't even answer them until I had left... the mocha was good everything else was just bad, I won't be coming back. there's much better coffee places around.

During the week, here is okay. The workers on Sunday smh. A matcha latte and a bagel with cream cheese $12.38. When I told guy I’ve never paid this much and I’m a regular here he said that is the amount. Told him to cancel Order, he turn to me and said I will make him “spaz out” lol. These kids crazy out here. I didn’t stoop to his level, just direct conversation to second worker, who called manager she told him correct price and I have to go back tomorrow to get my refund because neither workers can. Dunkin need to train there workers probably.

Poor poor poor service! All around. Husband went inside to order came back out due to the front register employee arguing with a customer being rude and making people wait 15 minutes to even order. One of the employees got mad and walked off. Then sat in the drive through at the speaker for 10 minutes after they have came over the speaker saying sorry for your wait give us a minute twice. Just an extremely disappointing and rude experience. ☹️

i’ve received sugar milk for a latte. lemon cream donut when i asked for vanilla. waited over 20 minutes at the drive thru for my order. they came back to confirm what i got about 5 times during that 20 minutes. handed me my food then a minute later asked me if i got my food. just bad. it seems their staff has a high turnover rate and it’s never good.
This Dunkin is consistently and painfully slow.
They should consider hiring more staff or better yet, drink some of that coffee they are serving because it appears everyone is sleep walking. This is my third and final visit to this establishment.

I am a regular customer at this location. Normally the service is great. On this visit the upfront cashier thought filling the straw container was more important than waiting on customers in the lobby area. The cashier was rude and condescending. I was given conflicting explanations as to why my order request could not be completed. I was very disappointed in this experience.

Eh, the bagel was great but my drink….tasted like milk. I know there are recipe cards. My drink should not taste like warm milk. I’m not a kitten. I am upset and will not return. Service was great though

I left without my order. Cashier was rude from the moment I walked in the door. Laughed at me because I asked for him to make another drink after he put his hands through his very long dreds and then saw his finger go into my coffee. Then he looked at whom ai thought was the manager and laughed . I asked what was so funny he said "I am a giggley person" . How about some hair nets please! He continued to push his hair away as he was touching everything. On his cell phine and walking i. A circle not even making my order. Absolutely disgusting! Trash was full, they were out of cold brew. Only 3 people working.

Bagel was burnt so bad I couldn't even eat it, coffee was basically milk no coffee flavor at all. Service was terrible wouldn't hurt for the person at the window to actually speak.
