Beware...they say they are open at 5am, but they aren't. I placed a mobile order and when I arrived @ 5:30am, the store was completely dark, it's obvious no one was there. I waited at the window and no one showed. I had to call Dunkin to get my order refunded. I won't be using this Dunkin again.

Employees cant read and need to be fired. Got both my sandwiches wrong. I ordered everything bagel bites and got plain. Wouldn't let me redeem my rewards. Got 2 $6 meal deals and forgot 1 of my hash browns. Then wouldn't talk to me when I was trying to talk to them. They messed up my whole order besides the coffee. Extremely highly dissatisfied. All the people working Tuesday Nov 4th 2025 around 6pm needs to be replaced. Worst service I have ever had. Go to any place but here.

They are not open on time & especially on Saturday mornings when people are trying to have coffee or food on the way to work. Long waits, no matter what
t time you gp. Staff asked what you ordered when we were getting ready to pay. The customer services are terrible & half time, the younger staff will not even speak to you, just a simple good morning or hi.

Anytime I come, I have to wait 10+ mins at the speaker when this certain lady is working around 3PM, she will stand at the window with her arms crossed and not take your order ( I’m assuming she’s hoping you’ll leave instead ?) and when you pull up because she’s not taking your order she has attitude. The food is never fresh, hash browns taste about 10 years old, and I ordered a Carmel and she gave me a pecan drink, ontop of missing half my food.
