I really think the quality of the food used to be better! I did go later in the afternoon and it was a little busy but it lacked to flavor I remember from past visits. The chile was flavorless and the burger I got less a little dry. Hap’s is an institution in downtown Salisbury and is normally very good. I guess it was an off day. I will give it another shot. Also consider adding slaw to the all the way burgers and dogs. It would add another dimension to the flavor and complement what you already have going on.

Good greasy burger, all the way and you can't go wrong. The chili is yummy 😋. The hotdogs 🌭 are good as well. Usually always a line so be warned ⚠️, but they move the line fast. It's small, little hole 🕳 in the wall 🧱 basically. If you want a quick, good burger 🍔 definitely go here. It's a order and go place so no place to sit. There are standing tables on the sidewalk where people stand up and eat sometimes and a bench there. They only take cash 💸, there is a atm up at the top of the corner. So if you didn't bring cash with ya, there is one right there.

Wheelchair accessibility: It has a ramp up not to steep but may have some trouble getting up with no help but there’s a homeless guy on drugs or something and he’s be happy to help for like two bucks and a cigarette ?
