The food is good. But for the love of God....FIX the horrendous drive-thru. Just pave it already! It has been like this well over a year. Possibly 2. Picture doesn't show what's under the car nor the pot holes in front of it. Please fix it.

I ordered eight hotdogs only received seven for my family. I also am missing two of my drinks.
Ridiculous 2:30 p.m. doors were locked and no one would would take pur order sat for over 10 minutes in line! Useless

I'm at Hardee's now. . Employees said they were closed so I went to to McDonald's im in the parking lot now looking at them doing nothing sitting and chatting .on the clock with doors closed. During business hour's.
These Employees are stealing from the company! Thats their car. Heads up to the owner.

Placed an online app order to this Hardee’s. It charged our debit card and everything. Employee at the window said the order never came through and there was “nothing he could do” after he called the manager.
Dude. If the app charged my bank account and took my money, y’all need to make the food.
Tried showing him the order with the correct address and the bank charges. He wasn’t having it.
Don’t know why this Hardee’s or the app has such great reviews. Thanks for the great “customer service”.

Can't rate breakfast food because they are never open on time.
I visited this location for the first time and was disappointed. The driveway needs serious construction work. I ordered a simple super maple biscuit with sausage and clearly communicated my order, but received eggs, bacon, and cheese instead. Im not driving 15 min back for someone elses mistake! Unacceptable!

I visit this Hardee’s at least 3-4 times a week and order the same thing every time: 2 sausage and egg biscuits, an egg and cheese biscuit, and 2 orders of sausage patties. Normally, with 2 orders of sausage patties, I receive 4 patties. However, today was different.
I decided to check my order, and I noticed I only received 2 sausage patties. I went back to the window to let them know I was missing an order of patties. To my surprise, the general manager informed me that 2 orders of sausage patties equal only 2 patties.
I explained politely that I order this regularly and know I’ve always received 2 patties per order. She responded by saying, “I don’t know who’s been giving you that, but that’s not correct—you’re only supposed to get 1 patty per order.”
In the end, I had to pay $2.68 for an order of sausage patties I should have already received. This experience was very disappointing, especially since I’m a frequent customer who knows what to expect.

Horrible! 2 cars in line and they take forever. Dude at the drive thru is about as rude as it gets. If a couple of orders stress you out that bad you need another job.

I visited the Salisbury location tonight and there was the nicest older gentleman working in there by himself. Food was good as always and his customer service was great. Kept a positive attitude despite being there BY HIMSELF. While I appreciate him for being there, I found it ridiculous that he was running a whole store by himself. This man needs a raise for what he’s probably delt with tonight. Cooking, cleaning, taking the orders everything by himself in a fast food restaurant. The man that was working tonight 11/9/24 needs recognition because it takes a lot to do all of that and still keep a positive attitude. That’s a hell of a worker right there.

Was traveling to Richmond, Virginia and stopped by here on 8/28/24. Unfortunately they have closed the ones near me in Georgia. I was a little skeptical at first, as the outside of the building was not that appealing. As I entered, the inside wasn't no better, but what I did notice was a sense of community. Workers knowing the customers on a first name basis. The staff was very nice, as well as the customers. As the saying goes, you cannot judge a book by it's cover. The food was delicious, and I truly enjoyed it. I may stop by again when I'll be traveling that way again in another month or so. I would recommend this location.
