They charged me 80 cents for ranch and then didn’t even put in my bag and no side of dip for my sandwich and now I’m late to work because it took over 15 to put together a bbq sandwich and home fries. I think they charged me $5 for a regular sized sweet tea. Waste of time and money. I will not be back. Smoke pit is better and worth spending $20 for 1 sandwich and fries.

We love it here! Service is fast and friendly! We usually go for breakfast. The portions are HUGE so come hungry. Always yummy. The Livermush is extra crispy, the grits are the best we have ever had, perfect delicious texture, not soupy like some and the omelets are amazing. Casual seat yourself and cool 50's atmosphere inside. We drive 30 minutes and it always worth it!!

I did a call in order and asked about a chef salad.what all comes on it..I asked if turkey and ham came on salad and I was told yes and I asked was it extra charge they said no.so when I go tonpick up my food I was charged an extra $4 for another meat and was told you get one or the other.well when I inquired about that on phone I was told no.i paid over $14 for a basic chef salad.yall need to let you staff know about prices..very disappointed and the salad wasn't even that good

If I order a BBQ tray with slaw.... why give me a dinner roll when I asked for buns. Then say you'll have to charge me for the buns when it was your mistake. First and last time at this Hendrix. I like the other ones food and service better anyway. A dinner rollwith all is this🤣🤣

Spent $19.00 on bbq chicken plate and sweet tea . Chicken was horrible , slaw had big chunks of cabbage in it overall I spent $26 after tip and food for one person . Was not worth it by no means . Needs to lower prices on their food if that the best they can put out of kitchen. The service was good though

Lady asked for a tip for bringing my food to the drive-through window. So even though I thought it was rude of her to ask I gave her a 5 dollar bill for my 9 dollar order. Get to the park to sit down and enjoy my lunch only to see I have no silverware to eat my potato salad. If you’re going to be rude enough to ask for a tip then at least take the time to make sure you get everything in the bag.
