Great food. Great customer service. I don't mind making the 20 minute drive even though there are other bbq restaurants closer to where I live. It's worth it.

Everything I’ve ordered in The last month or so has been overly salty. In fact so much salt, that’s all I taste is SALT! Flounder dinner and bbq sandwich specifically were inedible.

They really need to treat their customers better. They make it YOUR responsibility to make sure your takeout order is right. If you don't check it before you leave, it's your fault. No refunds. They want you to sit in the parking lot and go through every plate, open every sandwich and make sure it's correct. Isn't that THEIR job? Then they expect a tip. A tip for what? Walking my food out that I PAID for so I can go through it? Who does that????

Food normally on point....however the online menu need a update...just ordered 25 wings....says 27 dollars online but when I got there to pay it was 40 I started not to get it other then that its ok...if I knew that before I got there... I wouldve went some where else 40 for 25 I feel is to much..

Went for lunch. Ordered 2 big burgers one with a side of fries and the other a large cheese fry. Simple. Repeated order to girl at window who kept saying the wrong thing back. 3 times I said this to her. Made it home and order was still wrong. No large cheese fry at all and that's what we paid for. Annoying. Please find someone who knows how to take a simple order. That food wasn't cheap just for it to be wrong still. Smh

First of all I’ve ate here for many yrs the waitress/manager Caren is the rudest attitude having person I’ve ever met and she was very unprofessional I’ll never eat here again Tim the owner needs to evaluate his business mostly the employees a good ol drug test would possibly get rid of most

So I came in today and the manager had the worst attitude first she came to my car asking if I was going to tip, then when she brought the card back she assumed I wasn't tipping because I was tipping in cash she got mad when I asked for jelly and had a nasty attitude and I asked what the problem is she proceeded to argue that she doesn't have an attitude but she did her mannerisms were rude. She then was yelling out while walking away that I can call and they won't do anything about it that she is the manager her name was Karen well the name damn fits. Very unprofessional and sad that you have a manger who can't keep her cool and stay professional.
First of food was fresh and all correct but the issue I had here was with the manager Karen around 10:40 this morning she was so rude it was her tone and just her body language in general she snapped about how much ranch was then proceeded to say well it’s been that way for years before we could even say anything so when we told her you don’t have to be rude she shouted I’m the manager and I understand times can be card but that’s uncalled for if you work in a food industry or people services in general have a better attitude and then sent someone else out with our sauces I’m very disappointed with the customer service this morning

Everyone is so nice, makes it feel like home. The food is always good!
Always enjoy the food at Hendrix BBQ in Salisbury. The wait staff is excellent. Checking out is a wait most of the time. Even when they are not busy it is hard to get someone to take your money. When someone steps up to pay their bill they should be taken care of immediately.
