This was such an enjoyable experience. My only regret is that I didn't go sooner. We took my mother to Ichiban to celebrate her 82 birthday. My parents had so much fun. Chef Fabio is very entertaining and did a great job at cooking our meals. There was seven of us and four of our guests had special requests like hold the green peppers, no onions, etc., Chef Fabio managed to get each order correct. The food was amazing the steak melted in your mouth. It is a little pricey...
